A composition for use as material for electrical or electronic parts, comprising (A) a vinyl polymer having, at a molecular terminal thereof, at least one (meth)acryloyl group per molecule of the polymer, (B) a vinyl monomer having a (meth)acryloyl group and (C) an initiator, wherein the component (B) is comprised in an amount of from 25% by weight or more to 45% by weight or less to the total 100% by weight of the components (A) and (B).

A curable resin composition, comprising 100 parts by mass of a (meth)acrylic polymer (A) having, at a terminal thereof, at least one crosslinkable silyl group; 0.1 to 100 parts by mass of a diamine compound (B) having a monovalent or bivalent aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon group that has 8 or more carbon atoms and may be branched and having at least one primary amino group; and 0.1 to 100 parts by mass of a diamine compound (C) having a monovalent aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon group that has 8 or more carbon atoms and may be branched, and having a crosslinkable silyl group and/or a (meth)acryloyl group.

Curable resin composition

The present invention provides a composition, which is easy to produce because of high ease of handling the starting materials. The composition exhibits excellent transparency, and a product prepared using the composition exhibits excellent mechanical properties and adhesive properties. The curable resin composition contains (A) an oxyalkylene polymer having silicon-containing functional groups crosslinkable through formation of siloxane bonds; (B) a copolymer having silicon-containing functional groups crosslinkable through formation of siloxane bonds, the molecular chain of the copolymer consisting substantially of (b-1) an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomeric unit having C&#x2013;Calkyl and (b-2) an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomeric unit having C&#x2013;Calkyl; and (C) a curing agent.

There is provided a (meth)acrylic ester polymer having a silicon-containing functional group capable of crosslinking through formation of a siloxane bond, or a composition comprising the polymer, which does not contain any environment-hostile aromatic compound derived from a solvent, and of which TVOC (total volatile organic compound) emission is less than 1,500 &mgr;g/m .
