A fuel injection device is provided with a valve body, a nozzle needle, a movable plate, and a support spring. The valve body has a control chamber therein. The control chamber is defined by a defining wall which has a dividing wall portion. The dividing wall portion divides the control chamber into an accommodation chamber and a backpressure chamber. The accommodation chamber accommodates a movable plate and a support spring. A fuel pressure in the backpressure chamber is applied to the nozzle needle. The dividing wall portion has a restriction hole fluidly connecting the accommodation chamber and the backpressure chamber with each other, and a support surface supporting the support spring.

Fuel injection device

A fuel injection system for use with an internal combustion engine supplies fuel to an injector (fuel injection valve) from a common rail (accumulator) through a high-pressure pipe to spray the fuel from a spray hole formed in the injector. A thin-walled portion is formed in a path member (e.g., an injector body, the high-pressure pipe, or a connector connecting the injector and the high-pressure pipe) and defined by a locally thin wall of the path member. A strain gauge (strain sensor) is affixed to the thin-walled portion to measure strain of the thin-walled portion arising from the pressure of fuel in a high-pressure fuel path.

Fuel pressure measuring device, fuel pressure measuring system, and fuel injection device

In a fuel injector, a body has formed therein a spray hole and a fuel supply passage. Fuel supplied to the fuel supply passage is delivered to the spray hole. A fuel pressure sensor produces a signal indicative of a pressure of the fuel. First terminals are attached to the fuel pressure sensor and include a terminal for outputting the signal. The fuel pressure sensor is threadedly installed in the body while the first terminals are rotated. A connector includes a housing attached to the body, and second terminals supported by the housing for external electric connection of the fuel pressure sensor. Wires are operative to establish electrical connection between the first terminals and the second terminals. A wire holder is configured to hold each of the plurality of wires at least partly around the fuel pressure sensor.

Fuel injector with fuel pressure sensor and electrical interconnection method of the same

A double-headed piston type swash plate compressor is provided with a front housing including a suction chamber, a rear housing, a cylinder block, a rotation shaft, and double-headed pistons. The cylinder block includes cylinder bores, a rotation shaft accommodation bore, a communication conduit that communicates the suction chamber with the rotation shaft accommodation bore, and suction passages communicating the rotation shaft accommodation bore to front compression chambers. The rotation shaft includes a groove passage that communicates with the suction passages. Further, the rotation shaft includes an annular groove that communicates the communication conduit with the groove passage. The annular groove includes a front side surface, which is spaced toward the rear housing from an opening of the rotary shaft accommodation bore that faces the front housing.

Double-headed piston type swash plate compressor

The electronic component device includes an electronic component such as a pressure sensor for detecting pressure of fuel injected into an internal combustion engine, an insulating member made of an insulative resin and sealing the electronic component, and a shield member made of a conductive resin and surrounding the insulating member.

Electronic component device provided with countermeasure for electrical noise

A sensor device where a jig is engaged to an engaging part formed in the housing, and the housing is rotated by the jig and screwed into the member to be mounted. A position in the rotating direction of the housing is configured to have a substantially constant position at the time the screw-fixing of the housing and the member to be mounted is completed. A shape of the engaging part when seen along a direction of a rotational axis X of the housing is formed into a non-regular polygon, and the engaging part and a mold IC are shifted and disposed to a side that has a margin in a space in the housing or around the mold IC so that the space around the sensor device is used effectively.

Products having a sensor device

A sensor apparatus that outputs an electrical signal responding to a physical quantity is provided. The sensor apparatus includes: a housing being screwed to a body and having an insertion hole; an electrical circuit section having an electrical component used for processing the electrical signal, being disposed at an one end side of the housing and integrated with the housing; and a plurality of pins inserted through the electrical circuit section, a first end of the pin being inserted into the insertion hole to be fixed therewith, a second end of the pin being protruded from the electrical circuit section to be capable of engaging with a jig. The jig is used to screw the housing to the body after the housing and the electrical circuit are integrated with each other.

Sensor apparatus integrated to injector of internal combustion engine

An electrical wiring structure of connecting between a first component and a second component with at least four lead wires includes the first component provided with first insertion portions in which the lead wires are inserted, and the first insertion portionsare arranged in two lines and j columns, and the second component provided with second insertion portions in which the lead wires are inserted, and the second insertion portions are in two lines and j columns. Ends of a pair of lead wires are inserted into the first insertion portions and other ends of the pair of lead wires are inserted into the second insertion portions after crossing at an intermediate part.

Fuel injection valve and fuel injection device

A component for an electronic apparatus has an insulating member that has a plurality of through holes in parallel in which the lead wires are inserted and a shield cover in which an insulating member insertion hole where the insulating member is inserted is formed that cut offs an electrical noise. The insulating member is formed in an integrated shape where parts of adjoining cylindrical parts in which the through holes are formed overlapping mutually when seen along an axial direction of the through hole. The insulating member insertion hole becomes a single hole formed identical to an outer shape of the insulating member when seen along the axial direction of the through hole.

Component for electronic apparatus

An electric connection structure includes a plurality of strip-like first terminals and a plurality of second terminals welded to ends in a longitudinal direction of the first terminals. The first terminals are arranged in parallel with intervals therebetween. The first terminals are arranged so that at least a part thereof faces each other. The first terminals are arranged to be offset in the longitudinal direction alternately so that the ends of the first terminals in the longitudinal direction project. The second terminals are welded to the ends in the projected sides in the longitudinal direction in the first terminal.

Electric connection structure

An injector having an injector body, in which a housing opening and a communication hale are provided, includes a supporting member fixed to an actuator, which includes a lead-wire supporting portion that supports ends of lead wires and a plate portion formed integrally with the lead-wire supporting portion. A thickness of the plate portion is smaller than that of the lead-wire supporting portion, and multiple trench portions are provided on a surface of the plate portion so that the plate portion can be easily bent. While the supporting member passes through the housing opening, the lead wires straight move. After an end portion of the supporting member contacts the communication hole, external force is applied to the end portion to bend the plate portion, and thereby the lead wires are bent while moving in the communication hole.

Injector

A stem is installed to an injector body and is resiliently deformable upon receiving a pressure of high pressure fuel conducted through a high pressure passage of the injector body. A strain gauge is installed to the stem to sense a strain generated in the stem. A molded IC device executes an amplifying operation, which amplifies a signal received from the strain gauge. The stem, the strain gauge and the molded IC device are integrally assembled together to form a fuel pressure sensing unit, which is installed to the injector body by threadably fastening a threaded portion, which is formed at the stem, to the injector body.

Fuel injection valve

An injector includes a nozzle body, a main body including a supply port on the outer peripheral surface of the main body and a high pressure passage, and a fuel pressure sensor on an outer peripheral surface of the main body to detect fuel pressure. The high pressure passage has a first passage extending from the supply port in a radial direction of the main body, and a second passage extending from a fuel downstream end portion of the first passage toward an injection hole in an insertion direction of the nozzle body. The supply port and the sensor are diametrically opposed to each other. The main body includes a sensor passage, which branches from the high pressure passage to extend from the fuel downstream end portion of the first passage in an imaginary extension of the first passage so that fuel flows into the sensor through the sensor passage.

A fuel injection apparatus includes a body, a nozzle, a pressure control unit, a physical quantity measurement unit, a first terminal, a second terminal, a positioning member, and a resin connector main body portion. The pressure control unit controls opening and closing of the nozzle The physical quantity measurement unit outputs an electric signal in accordance with a physical quantity of high pressure fuel. The first terminal is connected to the pressure control unit. The second terminal connected to the physical quantity measurement unit. The positioning member integrally holds the first terminal and the second terminal and locates the first terminal and the second terminal at predetermined positions. The connector main body portion receives therein the positioning member.
