An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate on which a display area and a non-display area are defined; first, second and third sub-pixel rows in the display area each including a plurality of sub-pixels arranged along a first direction and disposed along a second direction; a light-emitting diode disposed at each of the plurality of sub-pixels and including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode; a dummy sub-pixel in the non-display area and corresponding to the second sub-pixel row; and a partition wall across the third sub-pixel row along the first direction and disposed on the first electrodes of the third sub-pixel row, wherein a width of the second sub-pixel row along the second direction is larger than a width of the first sub-pixel row and smaller than a width of the third sub-pixel row.

A transparent display device includes a substrate having an emission area and a transparent area, a light-emitting diode provided in the emission area and including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode, a first connection pattern provided between the emission area and the transparent area and formed of a same material and on a same layer as the first electrode, and a second connection pattern provided in the transparent area and connected to the first connection pattern, wherein the second electrode overlaps the first and second connection patterns and are electrically connected to the first and second connection patterns.

Transparent display device

A transparent display device includes a substrate on which a pixel including first, second, and third emission areas and first and second transparent areas arranged along a first direction is defined, a light-emitting diode disposed in each of the first, second, and third emission areas and including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode, and an auxiliary electrode extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and electrically connected to the second electrode. The first emission area and the auxiliary electrode are disposed between the first transparent area and the second transparent area, and the second transparent area includes a first portion between the first emission area and the second emission area. Further, the first transparent area has a higher transmittance than the second transparent area.

A transparent display device includes a substrate on which a pixel including an emission area and a first transparent area is defined, and a light-emitting diode provided in the emission area and including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode. The transparent display device further includes an anti-deposition layer provided in the first transparent area. The height of the light-emitting layer at an edge area of the emission area is higher than the height of the light-emitting layer at a center area of the emission area. Further, the second electrode is disposed over the entire surface excluding the first transparent area, and the height of the anti-deposition layer at an edge area of the first transparent area is higher than the height of the anti-deposition layer at a center area of the first transparent area.
