A refrigerator that is capable of easily operating a storage chamber () where cooling is carried out independently from a cold chamber () is disclosed. The refrigerator includes a refrigerator body having a cold chamber () defined therein and a storage chamber () disposed in the cold chamber, a cool air generation chamber having a cooler and a fan () for supplying cool air mounted therein, a partition plate for partitioning the cold chamber () and the cool air generation chamber from each other, the partition plate having a main flow channel () for guiding the cool air supplied by the fan () to the cold chamber () and at least one cool air hole () located between the fan () and the main flow channel () for bypassing the cool air, and at least one bypass duct () for guiding the cool air bypassed through the at least one cool air hole () to the storage chamber ().

Refrigerator

A refrigerator and a control method for the same are provided. A refrigerator includes a body having a cooling compartment and a storage compartment provided in the cooling compartment to form a predetermined cooling space, a cool air generation compartment having a cooler and a fan to supply cool air, and a partition plate that partitions a predetermined space into the cooling compartment and the cool air generation compartment. The partition plate includes a main path to guide the cool air into the cooling compartment and a bypass path to guide the cool air into the storage compartment. A cool air controller is provided at the bypass path to control the cool air supplied to the storage compartment via the bypass path.

Refrigerator and a control method for the same

An apparatus for storing food is provided that includes a food storage chamber, a cooling device, a scroll-type fan housing with a fan, and a duct that guides cool air from the scroll-type fan housing to the food storage chamber. The scroll-type fan housing may be located to the left or right of the cooling device, and the duct may be located above or below the cooling device and the scroll-type fan housing. Alternatively, the scroll-type fan housing may be located above or below the cooling device, and the duct located on a left or right side of the cooling device and the scroll-type fan housing. These arrangements result in more usable space within the food storage chamber than other conventional arrangements.

A ventilation device of a refrigerator is configured to prevent freezing of condensed water. The condensed water does not accumulate at the corresponding portion, and hence formation of ice is prevented. The generation of noise and the change of the efficiency of the ventilation fan do not occur, and the risk of ice contacting the shroud of the ventilation fan is reduced and reliability may be improved.

The present invention includes a first storage room and a second storage room to store food, and a duct unit includes a first duct to guide cold air into the first storage room, and a second duct to guide cold air into the second storage room. A scroll from which the first duct and the second duct diverge is located between the first and second ducts.

Apparatus for storing food and method for manufacturing the same

A display device, and a blower thereof are disclosed. The display device includes an axial flow fan within a case, which has a display panel encased therein. The axial flow fan is provided in a width direction within the case, so that, while being rotated within the case, the axial flow fan generates forced air flow suitable to the case. The forced air flow is generated in a forward direction along with air flow by natural convection within the case.
