A variable geometry turbo system that controls a flow of exhaust gas introduced into a turbine of a turbo charger may include a vane base ring in which the turbine may be positioned at a center thereof, a fixed vane which may be fixed onto a first surface of the vane base ring to guide the exhaust gas introduced into the turbine, a variable vane which may be pivotally positioned on the first surface of the vane base ring and adjacent to the fixed vane so as to vary a flow path of the exhaust gas introduced into the turbine, a vane cover ring fixed to the vane base ring with the fixed vane and the variable vane interposed therebetween, and an actuating module coupled to the variable vane and selectively actuating the variable vane.

A turbocharger having a cooling structure may include a center housing on which a shaft is rotatably fitted, a turbine impeller disposed at one end of the shaft, a compressor impeller disposed at the other end of the shaft, a turbine housing fastened to the center housing and covering the turbine impeller such that an exhaust gas flows into the turbine impeller, a compressor housing fastened to the center housing and covering the compressor impeller such that an intake air flows into the compressor impeller, and a coil type heat exchanger formed in a rotational direction of the shaft and in a space between the center housing and the turbine impeller.

A waste gate valve which is installed on a turbocharger to selectively discharge a part of exhaust gas while allowing the part of the exhaust gas to bypass the turbocharger, may include a layer which is formed between a valve seat and a valve body that comes into contact with the valve seat.

A turbofan of an air conditioning system in which a shroud is divided into two portions to form an air passage, in order to allow, when a portion of turbulent air generated at an upper portion of the shroud is reintroduced into a space between a bell mouse and the shroud by a pressure difference, the reintroduced air to be distributed throughout the air passage. The turbofan of the air conditioning system includes a first shroud formed with an air inlet hole, a second shroud formed to be spaced outwards from the first shroud so that an air passage is formed between the first and second shrouds, a hub to rotate through a rotational shaft of a drive motor, and a plurality of blades to guide air introduced through the air inlet hole in the circumferential direction of the hub.
