Display device

An organic light emitting diode display is provided including a first display panel. The first display panel includes a first substrate and a transistor disposed on the first substrate. The transistor includes an input electrode and an output electrode. A second display panel is provided including a second substrate, a first electrode disposed on the second substrate, an emission layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the emission layer. A first connector is disposed on the output electrode and between the first display panel and the second display panel. The second display panel further includes a first opening formed in the second substrate and a pixel electrode connector disposed in the first opening. The output electrode of the transistor is electrically connected to the first electrode through the first connector, and the first electrode and the first connector are electrically connected through the pixel electrode connector.

Organic light emitting diode display and a manufacturing method thereof

A light emitting device includes a substrate. A thin film transistor is disposed on the substrate. A first electrode is connected to the thin film transistor. A second electrode at least partially overlaps the first electrode. A first partition wall is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. An insulating layer is disposed between the thin film transistor and the first electrode. The insulating layer includes a first part having a first thickness and a second part having a second thickness that is different than the first thickness. The second part of the insulating layer at least partially overlaps the first partition wall.

A display device includes: a substrate on which is disposed: an organic light emitting element which generates and emits light with which an image is displayed; a thin film transistor connected to the organic light emitting element and with which the organic light emitting element is controlled to emit the light; an interlayer insulating layer disposed between the thin film transistor and the organic light emitting element, the interlayer insulating layer including an organic material; and a capping layer disposed between the interlayer insulating layer and the organic light emitting element, the capping layer including an inorganic material. Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A manufacturing method of a display device according to some embodiments includes: forming a protrusion pattern on a carrier glass; coating a polymer on the protrusion pattern to form a polymer layer; forming a stacked structure on the polymer layer, including a transistor and an organic light emitting element connected to the transistor; and separating the carrier glass and the protrusion pattern from the polymer layer, wherein an opening penetrating the polymer layer is formed during the separation of the protrusion pattern.

A method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display includes disposing a gate electrode and a light blocking member on a substrate, disposing a source electrode and a drain electrode on the gate electrode to form a thin film transistor, disposing a data line on the light blocking member, disposing an organic layer on the thin film transistor and the data line, exposing a first convex part of the organic layer to light in a first area corresponding to the thin film transistor during an exposure process, and exposing a second convex part of the organic layer to the light in a second area corresponding to the data line during the exposure process using a mask. The mask includes a first transflective part aligned with the first area and a second transflective part aligned with the second area during the exposure process.

Method of manufacturing liquid crystal display

A portable device embodying both sliding and rotating types is described. The portable device including: a main unit; a display unit sliding and horizontally rotating on a top surface of the main unit, and having a display on its top surface; and a keypad unit sliding in an opposite direction from the display unit and horizontally rotating on a bottom surface of the main unit and having an additional keypad which is provided on its top surface and externally exposed after rotating. Also, the portable device may be transformed into various operating modes by sliding and/or rotating of the display unit and the keypad unit, which are suitable for phone calling, game play and multimedia replay.
