A touch display substrate and a display device. The touch display substrate comprises: a plurality of sub-pixel units (), data lines () and touch signal lines (). With regard to every two adjacent rows of the sub-pixel units, a sub-pixel unit () in one row is staggered, at a distance of X sub-pixel units () along the row direction, from an adjacent sub-pixel unit () located in another row, where 0<X<1; the two sub-pixel units () having different colors. Both the data lines () and the touch signal lines () are provided at spaces extending between the sub-pixel units () in the column direction. The touch signal lines () and the data lines () are provided on the same layer and are insulated from each other. The invention can simplify the process and avoid short circuit of the touch signal lines () and the data lines ().

The display panel includes a display region and a lens region, wherein the lens region comprises a common electrode and a deflection electrode arranged opposite each other, and a first liquid crystal layer arranged therebetween, the deflection electrode is configured for providing at least two different deflection voltages, and the at least two different deflection voltages are configured for deflecting the first liquid crystal layer. According to the display panel, the manufacturing method thereof and the display device in the embodiments of the present disclosure, it may drive the liquid crystals to deflect, so as to achieve the function of zooming of the camera. An intersection over union (IoU) calculation is performed for two webpage elements using the obtained location and size information for at least one of these webpage elements.
