A drive device for a hybrid vehicle, the drive device includes: an input shaft and an output shaft, which are supported by a case to be rotatable around a rotation-axis; a motor, which includes a rotor integrally coupled with the output shaft and a stator fixed to the case; an input-side rotation member and an output-side rotation member, which have an annular shape; a rotation angle sensor, which detects a rotation angle of the rotor, wherein the rotation angle sensor includes: a rotating sensor member coupled with the output-side rotation member; and a fixed sensor member fixed to the case to detect an angle between the rotating sensor member and the fixed sensor member; a protrusion, which protrudes in a radial direction; a groove to receive the protrusion to be inserted; and a restriction portion, which restricts relative rotation between the rotating sensor member and the output-side rotation member.

Motor assembly, drive device for hybrid vehicle, and method of manufacturing the same

A drive device for a hybrid vehicle includes an input shaft, a motor having a rotor and a stator, an output shaft integrally and coaxially connected to the rotor along a rotation axis and configured so as to be engaged with and disengaged from the input shaft, a rotation angle sensor including a rotating portion and a fixed portion, which forms an angle relative to the rotating portion, and detecting a rotation angle of the rotor, and a case rotatably and axially supporting the input shaft and the output shaft on the rotation axis and accommodating the motor and the rotation angle sensor, wherein a side wall portion of the case includes an angle adjusting member coaxially supporting the fixed portion relative to the rotation axis while allowing the angle of the fixed portion to be adjustable, and a clamp member supporting a harness movably connected to the fixed portion.

Drive device for hybrid vehicle and case for the same

A wiring component for a motor coil includes: a wire coil configured by a plurality of wire segments arranged in a circumferential direction so as to form a ring shape, each of the wire segments including an arc-shaped main-body portion made of a conductive wire rod bent in an arc shape, protruding portions formed at both end portions of the main-body portion and upright portions respectively formed at end portions of the protruding portions; an inner clip formed with a plurality of first holding portions at an outer circumferential surface of the inner clip; and an outer clip formed with a plurality of second holding portions at an inner circumferential surface of the outer clip. The inner clip and the outer clip are connected to each other so as to hold the wire coil between the first holding portions and the second holding portions.

Wiring component for motor coil

A stator of a rotary electrical machine includes a core unit configured by a plurality of core assemblies, around which wires are respectively wound to form the coils, including low voltage side terminals, which connect first ends of the coils, and a bus ring attached to the core unit so as to connect second ends of the coils to electricity supply wires by high voltage side terminals. Each terminal accommodating portion is individually formed relative to each of the core assemblies at an external side of the coils. Each of the terminal accommodating portions is filled with an insulating resin material in a state where at least one of a connecting portion of the first end and each of the low voltage side terminals and a connecting portion of the second end and each of the high voltage side terminals is accommodated within each of the terminal accommodating portions.

Stator of rotary electrical machine

A wiring component for a motor coil includes a wire coil configured by a plurality of wire segments arranged in a circumferential direction so as to form a ring shape, each of the wire segments including an arc-shaped main-body portion made of a conductive wire rod bent in an arc shape, protruding portions formed at both end portions of the main-body portion, and upright portions respectively formed at end portions of the protruding portions in a manner of bending one of end portions of each of the protruding portions so that the upright portions protrude in a direction vertical relative to a planar surface including the main-body portion. The wire coil is arranged to form a plurality of layers, thereby forming a cylindrical shape, and the upright portions, at which the adjacent wire segments contact each other in the circumferential direction thereof, are electrically connected to each other.

An insulator includes a main body portion for axially covering one side face of a core that includes a plurality of teeth portions extending in a radial direction, and a plurality of extending portions extending from the main body portion in an axis direction of the core and covering a plurality of slots respectively formed between the teeth portions adjacent to each other. An extending length of one of the extending portions from the main body portion is specified longer than other extending portions.
