An information handling system is disclosed and may include a processor, a memory, and a power management unit (PMU). The processor may execute code instructions of a dynamic antenna mapping task agent that is configured to generate an optimized antenna mapping plan for one or more applications, one or more containers of related applications, or a combination thereof, wherein the optimized mapping plan determines which of the one or more applications, one or more containers, or a combination thereof is to use which one of one or more antennas, one or more wireless connections, or a combination thereof within the information handling system while the one or more application, one or more container, or combination thereof is operating within the information handling system.

System and method for providing dynamic antenna mapping within an information handling system

A testing manager at a provider network configures a multi-network-function test sandbox for a first network function developed by a first vendor. To configure the sandbox, the testing manager causes the first network function to be run at a first server and verifies network connectivity between the first network function and another network function which is not developed by the first vendor. The testing manager causes a test to be run, which includes transmission of messages from the first network function to the second network function. A result of the test is provided via a programmatic interface.

Automated cloud-based network function interoperability testing

The described technology is generally directed towards adaptive spectrum as a service, in which spectrum can be dynamically allocated to adapt to demand for wireless capacity. The demand for wireless capacity can be based on monitoring system state, and/or proactively predicted based on other system state such as time of day. Reallocated spectrum can be monitored for performance, to converge spectrum allocation to a more optimal state. Allocated spectrum can be relocated, increased or decreased, including by the use of citizens band radio service spectrum or other spectrum. Currently allocated spectrum can be adapted into modified allocated spectrum by an application program (xApp) coupled to a radio access network intelligent controller (RIC), a citizens broadband radio service device, a domain proxy service, and/or a user device. A user device can determine and request bandwidth, with spectrum allocated in response.

Adaptive spectrum as a service

A client-initiated low-latency network edge spectrum-as-a-service controller is described herein. A method as described herein can include transmitting, by a system comprising a processor to a first spectrum access system, a request for first access rights to a first spectrum band, wherein the first spectrum band is wholly contained within a second spectrum band for which the first spectrum access system is granted second access rights from a second spectrum access system, distinct from the first spectrum access system; obtaining, by the system, the first access rights to the first spectrum band from the first spectrum access system in response to the request; and, in response to obtaining the first access rights, initiating, by the system via the first spectrum band, a point-to-point communication link between the system and a user equipment.

Client initiated low-latency network edge spectrum-as-a-service controller

An information handling system of a management and orchestration module (MANO) may comprise a processor configured to determine user equipment device (UE) connectivity requirements for multiple UEs managed by the MANO, including a first UE transceiving via a first secure wireless link and a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) antenna with a non-cellular Access Point (AP), determine enterprise profile requirements for the UEs and detected network conditions of radio access networks (RANs) and cores of an enterprise mobile network, generate an optimal wireless link distribution across UEs that prioritizes access for the first UE to links with RANs, and determine a wireless link configuration adjustment for the first UE instructing termination of the first secure wireless link and establishment of a second secure wireless link with a RAN, according to the optimal wireless link distribution. A network interface device may transmit the wireless link configuration adjustment to the first UE.

System and method for network-assisted and self-adjusting power and security control for wireless links

A low-latency network edge spectrum-as-a-service controller is described herein. A method as described herein can include acquiring, by a system comprising a processor from a spectrum access system, first access rights to a first spectrum band; determining, by the system, availability of a second spectrum band, wholly contained within the first spectrum band, in response to a request, received from network equipment of a radio access network, for second access rights to the second spectrum band; and, in response to the second spectrum band being determined to be available, granting, by the system, the second access rights to the second spectrum band to the network equipment.

A method of adaptively adjusting infrastructure of an enterprise mobile network may comprise inputting into a neural network performance metrics and performance requirements describing a performance gap between processing capabilities and requirements at an enterprise mobile network comprising a Multi-Access Edge Computing platform, Radio Access Networks, cellular network cores, and non-cellular access points, connectivity metrics and requirements describing a connectivity gap between measured and required minimum Quality of Service values for wireless links between a pool of user equipment devices (UEs), and the enterprise mobile network, outputting an adjusted infrastructure component configuration and an adjusted internetwork connectivity configuration predicted to minimize the performance gap and the connectivity gap, adjusting a distribution of computing resources across the enterprise mobile network, according to the adjusted infrastructure component configuration, and adjusting a distribution of communication traffic across the pool of UEs, and the enterprise mobile network, according to the adjusted internetwork connectivity configuration.

A method as described herein can include generating, by a system comprising a processor, positioning data associated with movement of a vehicle, associated with the system, through an environment; obtaining, by the system from network equipment of a communication network operating in the environment, network data associated with the communication network; and altering, by the system, a configuration of antennas, associated with the vehicle, from a first configuration to a second configuration, distinct from the first configuration, based on the positioning data and the network data.

An information handling system executing an on-demand network slice overlay optimization system includes a processor executing the on-demand network slice overlay optimization system to receive wireless network load profile metrics from a regional edge device and the endpoint load profile metrics; receive core metrics from a radio access network (RAN) service provider descriptive of the load capacity of a core network to provide data throughput at a given time; determine whether the real-time data load demand of the grouped plurality of endpoint devices can be provisioned to the load capacity described in the core metrics; and provide instructions to dynamically adjust network slices at the regional edge device to provide for any changes in the real-time data load demand based on an elastic client business policy enforced at the regional edge device for wireless connectivity data for the grouped plurality of endpoint devices.

Method and apparatus for on demand network slice overlay and optimization

An information handling system of a management and orchestration module (MANO) may comprise a processor configured to determine user equipment device (UE) connectivity requirements from UE connectivity metrics received from a first UE, for a plurality of UEs managed by the MANO, enterprise profile requirements for the UEs, and detected network conditions of radio access networks (RANs) and cores of an enterprise mobile network. The MANO may also generate an optimal wireless link distribution across the UEs based on the UE connectivity requirements, enterprise profile requirements, and network conditions of the RANs and cores, and determine an antenna configuration adjustment for the first UE, instructing selection of a wireless link via an antenna, selected to meet the UE connectivity requirement relative to wireless links assigned to the other UEs according to the optimal wireless link distribution. A network interface device may transmit the antenna configuration adjustment to the first UE.
