A method is described for negotiating a contract between two parties in a telecommunications network, as well as devices implementing the method. The method includes distributing, by a first party, a smart contract comprising: a subscription method allowing a second party to distribute a transaction for subscribing to the contract proposal, a method for generating a personalised contract between the parties and requesting their registration in the blockchain, the personalised contract being generated on the basis of parameters included in the transaction, executing the subscription method by a terminal of the second party, the execution triggering the distribution of a transaction comprising parameters representing the acceptance of the contract proposal by the second party, and executing, by a mining device, the method for generating a personalised contract with these parameters.

A communication device associated with a transmitting entity and including: a first transmitting/receiving module capable of receiving, from the transmitting entity, a query formulated in a predetermined computer language or in a predetermined natural language; a translation module, activated if the query is formulated in the predetermined computer language, and configured to translate the query into the predetermined natural language; an extraction module configured to extract from the query formulated in the predetermined natural language at least one keyword representing the query; an identification module configured to identify, using the at least one keyword extracted, a target device supporting the predetermined natural language towards which to transmit the query; and a second transmitting/receiving module configured to transmit the query formulated in the natural language to the target device.

The method may comprise receiving via the communications network information representative of the capabilities of a second object connected to the communications network, the information identifying at least one function performed by the second object.
