A method for manufacturing a tag for fabric is described. The tag includes a radio module with an ultra high transmission frequency, a radio-frequency identification integrated circuit connected to the UHF module, an antenna, and a substrate, and includes mounting the UHF radio module and the RFID integrated circuit on the substrate, these being already electrically connected by means of metal tracks, and mounting the antenna on the substrate. The method includes applying a protective coating on the UHF radio module and on the RFID integrated circuit, which includes coating the metal tracks for electrical connection between the RFID integrated circuit and the UHF radio module and, furthermore, coating a surface portion of the substrate situated around the UHF radio module and the RFID integrated circuit.

Method for manufacturing a tag for a textile

A device () to tag an animal is disclosed. The device comprises a female () including a case () with a thorough hole (), a male () to be coupled to the female () and including a stem () with a tip portion (); the female () includes tamperproof fastening means () adapted to block the tip portion () in the thorough hole () and wherein, after coupling the male () with the female (), the hole () is closed by the tip (), the tip becomes part of the female () and the stem () moves in the case ().

Device and method to tag an animal

A method of computing navigation information in a portable device comprising a GNSS receiver arranged to receive navigation signals from a plurality of navigation satellites, and a GNSS processor to extract a GNSS position information from said navigation signals. The GNSS receiver is also arranged to obtain image data from a camera module. The method comprises the steps of: deriving a set of position information from the camera module; providing the camera-derived position information to a navigation processor; using said set of camera-derived position information and said navigation signals, to generate a position fix of the GNSS receiver; computing navigation information based on said generated position fix.
