The pylon, intended to support a flying vehicle engine, includes a primary structure formed by at least one longeron and one panel, the panel including at least one end part provided with a notch, the longeron being provided with an end adapted to be positioned in the notch, the panel and the longeron being assembled by welding a part of the end to a part of the notch. A welded primary structure enables minimization of the blanks of parts associated with the longerons and with the panels by avoiding having recourse to the production of edges.

A method for assembling at least two parts includes using transparent welding using an energy input beam which travels a trajectory in a closed loop. The trajectory of the energy input beam and/or at least one parameter of the energy input beam is configured so that the weld bead has mechanical and/or geometrical characteristics that are substantially constant over all its length. A method for assembling a primary structure of an aircraft pylon which uses this assembly method to link the panels of the primary structure to one another, a primary structure of an aircraft pylon thus obtained, as well as an aircraft comprising at least one such primary structure is also described.

This system makes it possible to join a substantially flat base of an element to be fixed to a top plate. It is provided with: at least one hole of elongated shape made in the top plate, a shaft extending substantially perpendicular to the base of the element to be fixed and mounted movable in rotation relative to its longitudinal axis, a fixation head of elongated shape matched to the shape of the hole made in the top plate and disposed on a first side of the base of the element to be fixed, control means for making the shaft pivot around its axis and disposed, relative to the fixation head, on the other side of the base of the element to be fixed.
