An endoluminal prosthesis that includes a support structure comprising a curvilinear portion having a first strut and a second strut that meet at an apex. Disposed on the support structure is an anchor with an anchor body and one or more barbs extending outwardly from the anchor body and where the anchor body comprises a multi-filar tube fits at least partially about, and conforms to the first strut, second strut, and the apex.

The present embodiments provide a stent-graft for use in a medical procedure that includes a graft having at least first and second reinforced holes disposed in the graft. The first and second reinforced holes may include first and second grommets. In one embodiment, a first stent may be coupled to the graft using at least one suture disposed through the first and second grommets. Alternatively, a first stent may be coupled to the graft, such that the first stent itself is disposed through the first and second grommets. The grommets may include self-sealing properties to reduce leakage around the sutures and/or stent segments that are disposed through the grommets.

The valve assembly includes a valve member being dimensioned for reception at least partially within a lumen of the medical device. The valve member includes a flow regulator for controlling flow rates in a first direction having a first rate and a second direction having a second rate. The second rate is greater than the first rate.
