A toy vehicle includes a toy vehicle body and a pair of wheel supports located on opposite sides of the toy vehicle body. In one embodiment, each of the wheel supports includes a pair of wheels rotatably mounted to the wheel support. The toy vehicle has a drive system that includes a pair of motors, each of which is operable to move one of the wheel supports and the wheels coupled to the wheel support. Each wheel support is movable between a retracted position in which the wheel support extends along a side of the toy vehicle body, and an extended position in which the wheel support extends downwardly from the toy vehicle body with a front end of the wheel support being spaced apart from the toy vehicle body.

A toy vehicle racing system is disclosed. The toy vehicle racing system comprises a track set including a movable mechanism and a toy vehicle configured to travel along the track set and interact with the movable mechanism. The toy vehicle racing system also includes a remote control in wireless communication with the track set. The remote control is configured to transmit instructions to the track set to move the movable mechanism and also to receive information from the track set regarding the track set and/or toy vehicle.

An improved toy vehicle is disclosed herein. The toy vehicle includes a plurality of different modules that may be removably coupled to one another to provide a variety of different toy vehicles. The modules include at least a steering module, a gearbox module, and a main body module. The main body module may house any number of elastic members configured to drive a drive axle disposed within the gearbox module. The size and construction of the main body module chosen to be used may dictate how fast and how far the modular toy vehicle is capable of traveling across a support surface. The gearbox module may further include a crank that enables the elastic members to be wound and an actuator that actuates the wound elastic members to drive the toy vehicle. Finally, the steering module may be configured to direct the modular toy vehicle in a desired direction.

The present invention relates to a toy vehicle play set with a chamber, a moveable platform, a resilient stencil, and an airbrush. The platform is configured to move from within the chamber to the top surface of the chamber. Moreover, the resilient stencil is configured to be placed over the platform, and any object on the platform, when the platform has been raised. The resilient stencil is configured to be pliable and contain a series of apertures that create a design. The airbrush is then configured to spray ink onto the stencil and object beneath the stencil, coloring the design of the stencil onto the object.

A toy track set includes a vehicle path defined by a track and a gap disposed between a first gap end and a second gap end. The toy track also includes a carriage assembly configured to carry a toy vehicle across the gap such that the toy vehicle travels from the first gap end to the second gap end on the carriage assembly, the carriage assembly being moved from the first gap end to the second gap end by an assembly having an arm rotatable about an axis of rotation and that rotates through an angle equal to or greater than 360 degrees as it carries the toy vehicle from the first gap end to the second gap end.

A toy vehicle playset has a color changing device or mechanism that can be used to activate a color change on a toy vehicle. In one embodiment, the playset includes a chamber configured to receive the toy vehicle. In another embodiment, the playset includes a launching mechanism that propels the toy vehicle along a track member and into a chamber.

A toy track set is disclosed herein, the toy track set having: a vehicle path defined by a track and a gap disposed between a pair of ends of the track; a carriage assembly configured to carry a toy vehicle across the gap such that the toy vehicle may travel from one of the pair of ends of the track to another one of the pair of ends of the track on the carriage assembly; a ferromagnetic material disposed in the track; wherein the toy vehicle has at least one magnet disposed on the toy vehicle such that the toy vehicle may travel on the track in anyone of an inverted or vertical fashion; and a release mechanism positioned on the carriage assembly, the release mechanism being configured to engage one of the pair of ends of the track when the release mechanism is in a first position and release the release mechanism from the one of the pair of ends of the track when the release mechanism is moved to a second position from the first position by the toy vehicle travelling onto the carriage assembly; and wherein the carriage assembly slides along a line from the one of the pair of ends of the track to the other one of the pair of ends of the track when the release mechanism is moved to the second position from the first position by the toy vehicle travelling onto the carriage assembly and wherein the toy vehicle travels from the carriage assembly onto the other one of the pair of ends of the track when the carriage assembly contacts the other one of the pair of ends of the track.

In some examples, a toy vehicle playset for a toy vehicle is provided with a track assembly including a vehicle launcher operatively connected to a track. The track defines a travel path, and there is a dispensing assembly including a release mechanism positioned adjacent a portion of the track. A trigger assembly is operably connected to the vehicle launcher and the release mechanism so that activation of the trigger assembly may simultaneously activate the vehicle launcher and the release mechanism.

A toy vehicle playset having a toy vehicle and a vessel holding a body of water is provided. The toy vehicle traverses a gap above the vessel when a toy creature is in a first position and the toy vehicle is launched from one of first and second track segments into a gap. The toy vehicle is captured by the toy creature and subsequently lowered into the vessel and the body of water when the toy creature is in a second position and the toy vehicle is launched from one of the first and second track segments into the gap. A toy vehicle playset is disclosed herein the playset having: a vessel configured to define a receiving area; an object being located proximate to the vessel, the object having a pair of body portions configured for movement between a first position wherein the pair of body portions are next to each other and a second position wherein the pair of body portions are moved away from each other; first and second track segments disposed proximate to the vessel such that a gap is formed between the first and second track segments and across the vessel; a trigger disposed on the second track segment; a toy vehicle having a thermochromic paint thereon that is configured to travel along the first and second track segments, wherein the thermochromic paint on the toy vehicle changes from a first color to a second color in response to a temperature change of the thermochromic paint; wherein the pair of body portions are moved from the first position to the second position when the toy vehicle travels along the second track segment and actuates the trigger; and wherein the object has at least one spray nozzle fluidly coupled to a tank of fluid wherein a user operated pump sprays fluid from the tank towards the receiving area, the fluid being capable of changing the temperature of the thermochromic paint.

Playsets are disclosed. The playsets may include a support surface and a pop-up structure. The pop-up structure may be adapted to be selectively transitioned between a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration. In the stowed configuration the pop-up structure may be collapsed and may extend along the support surface. In the deployed configuration the pop-up structure may stand substantially transverse to the support surface.

Playsets may include elements adapted to urge a portion of the pop-up structure toward the erect configuration or one or more playset-accessory retention chambers. Other examples may include a fastener adapted to be moved selectively between a clasping position in which the fastener retains the playset in the closed configuration and a linking position in which the fastener couples to a second playset.

In some embodiments, the toy track device may include a door configured to move between a closed position in which first, second, and third track portions form a continuous track, and an open position in which the door forms an opening in the third track portion through which the at least one moveable object can pass; and an actuator mechanism including an actuator configured to move between an extended and a retracted position, the actuator contacting a moveable object when the moveable object is supported on the door and the actuator is moved from the retracted position toward the extended position, wherein the door is configured to move from a closed position to an open position when the moveable object is supported on the door and the actuator presses against the moveable object while the actuator is moving toward the extended position.
