A method may include obtaining a first data set of a first user present at a venue. The method may also include obtaining venue characteristic data corresponding to a set of characteristics of the venue. The method may also include obtaining first venue condition data corresponding to a first set of venue conditions. The method may further include generating a first evacuation route based at least in part on the first data set. The method may also include generating a first timing instruction corresponding to the first evacuation route and based at least in part on the first venue condition data. The method may further include providing the first evacuation route and the first timing instruction to the first user.

Personalized venue evacuation plan

A hardware processor may be coupled to a communication network and receive charging requests and discharging requests from a plurality of prosumer facilities via the communication network. One or more energy storage systems may be coupled to an energy grid and able to charge from and discharge to the energy grid, and may communicate with the hardware processor via the communication network. Based on the charging requests and discharging requests, an energy schedule may be generated. The energy schedule may include a first set of the prosumer facilities from which charge requests are accepted, and a second set of prosumer facilities from which discharge requests are accepted. One or several energy storage systems may be controlled or triggered to charge or discharge repeatedly via the energy grid according to an updated energy schedule (e.g., regularly updated).

Virtualization of large-scale energy storage

A method and system of diagnosing a medical condition of a target area of a patient using a mobile device are provided. One or more magnetic field images of a target area of a patient are received. One or more hyperspectral images of the target area of the patient are received. For each of the one or more magnetic field images and the one or more hyperspectral images, a three-dimensional (3D) position of the mobile device is tracked with respect to the target are of the patient. A 3D image of the target area is generated based on the received one or more magnetic field images, one or more hyperspectral images, and the corresponding tracked 3D position of the phone with respect to each image. A medical condition of the target area is diagnosed or monitored based on the generated 3D image.

Personalized monitoring of injury rehabilitation through mobile device imaging

Thermal imaging protection is provided by, in response to detecting input of an access code on an input device: identifying a sequence comprising the access code; generating a bait code based on the sequence; and outputting a heat signature corresponding to the bait code using heating elements, such as resistor arrays, included in the input device. In some embodiments protection includes measuring temperatures of contact surfaces of the input device where the access code has been input; and adjusting a heat level of the heating elements based on the temperatures measured. Protection is further provided by storing the bait code; and in response to receiving entry of the bait code, activating unauthorized access countermeasures. In some embodiments protection includes, in response to detecting subsequent input of the access code: generating a second, different, bait code based on the sequence; and activating the heating elements based on the second bait code.

Thermal imaging protection

A mobile energy storage system and a method are provided for supplying power to entities at disparate locations. The system includes a set of vehicles. Each of the vehicles in the set includes a battery set having one or more batteries for storing power. Each of the vehicles in the set further includes a power connector having an end connected to the battery set and another end for connecting to a power transfer switch at the entities. The system also includes a central server for scheduling vehicles in the set to provide power to the entities responsive to energy charging requests issued by the entities.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to a locally powered smart device. A non-limiting example of the locally powered smart device includes a sensor, an energy storage communicatively coupled to the sensor, a processor communicatively coupled to the sensor and the energy storage. The processor is configured to control the sensor and the energy storage to perform multiple iterations of a tamper mitigation process, wherein each of the multiple iterations of the tamper mitigation process includes an authentication process that includes the transmission of authentication communications between the sensor and the energy storage. The processor is further configured to initiate an anti-tampering protocol based at least in part on a determination that the authentication process was unsuccessful.

An interactive seating system includes first seats in a first section, a first sensor device, second seats in a second section, a second sensor device, a first processing unit, a second processing unit, and an output device. The first sensor device and the second sensor device observe the first seats and the second seats, respectively. The first processing unit receives data from the first sensor device and the second sensor device and interprets an emotional state of occupants in the first and second seats based on the received data from the first and second sensor device, respectively. The second processing unit receives the interpreted emotional states, and compares the interpreted emotional states between the first and second sections. Techniques for detailed monitoring and evaluation of individual subsystems within solar photovoltaic power generation systems are provided. In one aspect, a method for monitoring a photovoltaic system having at least one array of photovoltaic panels and at least one inverter system configured to convert output from the panels from DC to AC includes the steps of: obtaining sensor data from the photovoltaic system; computing an efficiency of the panels and an efficiency of the inverter system using the sensor data; computing an aging parameter for the panels using the efficiency of the panels; computing an aging parameter for the inverter system using the efficiency of the inverter system; determining whether the aging parameter for the panels or for the inverter system exceeds a predetermined threshold level; and taking action if either the aging parameter for the array or for the inverter system exceeds the predetermined threshold level.
