A rotor shaft for an electric machine includes a rotor shaft main body and a rotor shaft core which is arranged therein and which is connected to the rotor shaft main body. The rotor shaft comprises a substantially axially running cooling cavity configured to conduct a cooling fluid, and the rotor shaft core is composed of a different material than the rotor shaft main body.

A cooling cap for a stator of an electrical machine of a motor vehicle is provided. The cooling cap can be fitted onto an end winding of electrical windings of the stator which project beyond an axial end of a laminated core of the stator and which cooling cap is designed as a heat sink for cooling the end winding, wherein the cooling cap is formed, at least in regions, from an electrical insulating material. A stator for an electrical machine, in particular for an electromotive drive machine for an electric or hybrid vehicle, includes a stator core stack with a stator yoke and a number of radial stator teeth, as well as a corresponding number of stator slots, arranged between the stator teeth, for receiving a stator winding. A cooling apparatus has a number of cooling channels, each of which runs axially in one of the stator slots.

An electric machine has a housing and has a stator inside the housing, surrounding a rotor arranged on a motor shaft so as to be fixed to the shaft. A rotary field winding, at the ends of the stator, forms a winding head. The winding heads are embedded in a thermally conductive encapsulation material, wherein the encapsulation material is in thermal contact with the housing along the outer circumference of the winding head. A segmented cooling plate is arranged on the inner circumference of the encapsulation winding head.

An electrical synchronous machine is provided for a rail-free vehicle. The vehicle has drive wheels and the synchronous machine is designed to generate a torque, which propels the vehicle, at the drive wheels. The synchronous machine has a stator and a rotor which rotates around the stator, wherein the stator has a stator winding of at least three-phase construction for forming a rotating stator magnetic field, and wherein the rotor has at least one rotor winding which is designed for forming a rotor magnetic field. A method for at least partially circumferentially establishing a current-excited synchronous machine provides a rotor yoke, provides a large number of rotor poles, fastens the rotor poles to the rotor yoke for forming a rotor, provides a stator, and inserts the stator into the rotor.

Spatially mutually close pole components are offset with respect to one another such that their influences on a given harmonic of the vibrations occurring during operation cancel one another as much as possible. The present invention therefore suggests concepts and makes dimensioning proposals by means of which certain harmonic orders of the operating noise can be reduced.
