Electrochemical cells and methods for their production are provided. In particular, multi-well assay plates including multi-electrode wells are provided. The multi-electrode wells contain multiple electrodes that are electrically isolated from one another, permitting the various electrodes of the various wells to be addressed in any suitable combination.

Apparatuses, systems, method, reagents, and kits for conducting assays as well as process for their preparation are described. They are particularly well suited for conducting automated analysis in a multi-well plate assay format. Also disclosed are systems, devices, and methods provided herein for using a CCD camera based system to generate measurements having reduced crosstalk between measurements of multiple spatially separated subjects. CCD camera based systems as provided herein use improved reference level clamping circuits configured to fully reset reference levels during CCD readout, thereby reducing a level of crosstalk between measurements.

The application is directed to a device housing. The device housing includes a first light device, the first light device including a first electrical supply configured to provide an electrical signal to a first light emitting diode (LED), the first LED separated from a first surface of a diffuser film by a space, wherein the diffuser film includes a second surface, opposite the first surface, the second surface configured to contact a first light pipe.
