A system of multimodality-appended rich media comments is provided. The system includes a server and an electronic device. The electronic device includes a network access module, at least one sensor and a processing unit. The network access module communicates with the server. The at least one sensor senses a user's behavior in a recording mode to obtain a sensing data. The processing unit performs an application to provide a source medium, wherein a rich media comment function of the application can be activated to provide multiple interactive objects for selection and then trigger the recording mode. The application uploads the sensing data to the server after the recording mode finishes. The server analyzes the sensing data and accordingly modifies the selected interactive object, combines the source medium with the modified interactive object into a rendered medium, and then delivers the rendered medium to the application.

Accident information aggregation and management methods are disclosed. The Accident information aggregation and management method includes receiving an accident information from a first server, wherein the accident information includes a time information and a position information for an accident; searching whether any event data that is nearby the time information and the position information can be found in a database; if so, obtaining at least one witness information and evidence data source according to the found issue data; and providing the at least one witness information and evidence data source to the first server such that the first server can use the at least one witness information and evidence data source for further accident investigation.

A video conference system built in an internet protocol (IP) network is provided. The system has: a multimedia capturing unit configured to photograph and output a first video signal; a DECT telephone configured to receive sounds and output a first audio signal; and a video conference terminal apparatus, including: an audio processing unit is an audio codec; a video processing unit is an video codec; and a network processing unit for transmitting a first network packet consisting of first audio/video streams generated by the audio/video processing units to the IP network, wherein the network processing unit receives a second network packet consisting of second audio/video streams from the IP network, wherein the second audio/video streams are decoded by the audio/video processing units, respectively, to generate second audio/video signals, which are displayed on the DECT telephone and a display apparatus, respectively.

Video conference system

A video conference system built in an internet protocol (IP) network is provided. The system has a multimedia capturing unit, a DECT telephone, and a video conference terminal apparatus. The DECT telephone is utilized to perform video conferencing with the video conference terminal apparatus by receiving and transmitting sounds. The DECT telephone is further utilized to control the video conference terminal apparatus to capture a target image in the video signals from other users in the video conference. The video conference terminal apparatus updates the phonebook image in the phonebook database thereof with the target image.

An object recognition and event representation system includes: a server and a broadcaster, coupled to the server. In response to a request from the broadcaster, the server sends an event metadata and a recognition data. Based on the event metadata and the recognition data, the broadcaster simultaneously performs a live video broadcasting and a real-time object recognition. If the broadcaster recognizes an object, the broadcaster sends a recognition result to the server.
