A hydroxylated-fullerene-containing solution in which a hydroxylated fullerene is evenly nano-dispersed in a solvent removable at low temperature in a subsequent step is provided. The hydroxylated-fullerene-containing solution includes a continuous phase including a mixed solvent consisting essentially of tetrahydrofuran and water or including melted phenol, and at least one of a hydroxylated fullerene and a hydroxylated fullerene derivative that is dispersed as a dispersed phase in the continuous phase, wherein the number-standard average particle diameter of particles in the dispersed phase is 50 nm or less. This solution is applied onto a surface of a resin molding, and then tetrahydrofuran and water, as the mixed solvent, are removed to form a hydroxylated fullerene layer on the surface of the resin molding. Alternatively, this solution is mingled with a resin, and then the mixed solvent is removed to produce a hydroxylated-fullerene-containing resin composition.

A slider having an outer guide that closes a zipper by sliding movement of the slider and an inner guide that opens the zipper by the sliding movement and is formed revolvable on the outer guide. A method for supplying sliders provides sliders that are not entangled with each other and are not clogged when supplied with the inner guide revolved to the outside. The slider has a groove formed by the inner guide protruding upwards from the upper surface of a slider body. A flat guide plate disposed between a slider supplying machine and a slider assembling machine engages with the groove so that the upper surface directs in a vertical direction and, at the same time, side surfaces of adjacent sliders support the slider facing each other in a hanging down condition, and align and guide them in a line in a fixed direction.

Method for producing a hermetic plastic zipper and a hermetic plastic zipper

A plastic zipper equipped with a slider, which zipper is imparted with high hermetical-sealability and facility in unsealing and reopening/reclosing. The zipper is capable of detection of its having been unsealed after sealing packaging, and a bag body is fitted with the zipper with a slider attached. The zipper portion is bonded in the plastic zipper equipped with a slider or protrusion portions for slider guide via an easily peelable plastic layer and two different colors are imparted to the resin at the portion to be bonded. The bag body is capable of assuring high hermetical-sealability enabling long-term preservation of contents therein, is easy to open, and is imparted with a function of revealing unjust unsealing as well.

The above slider is easily attachable to a plastic zipper at a rate higher than a bag manufacturing rate, and is prevented from falling-off even if a small plastic zipper is formed of a thin film with low strength.

The plastic zipper with the slider and the bag body equipped with the plastic zipper are each excellent in hermetic sealing performance, and are well suited for packaging liquid without causing leakage.

A plastic zipper including a male hook and a pair of female hooks that are engaged with each other to form a combination thereof. In the plastic zipper, when an opening force is applied to the plastic zipper from an opening side thereof, the pair of female hooks is provided on a flange, a portion of which, being defined by base portions of two female hooks on an opening and content side, becomes flexible. The plastic zipper is favorably used for containers for packaging, since it permits resistance to opening on the opening side to consistently hold a low value of from about 0.9 kg/5 cm to about 1.2 kg/5 cm while permitting resistance to opening on the content side to hold an enough strength of from about 7 kg/5 cm to about 8 kg/5 cm, permits the resistance to opening on both opening and content sides to remain within a specified range of resistance to opening even after opening/closing operations have been executed 100 times or more and, further, avoids a problem of a resin becoming brittle by a low temperature that would cause a problem in the engagement, and avoids an engagement function becoming inoperable after several times of opening/closing operations at an elevated temperature.
