A liquid-cooled charging equipment with multiple charging connector assemblies includes a recirculating cooling apparatus, a plurality of charging connector assemblies, a plurality of coolant supply pipes, a plurality of coolant return pipes, a plurality of valves, and a control unit. The recirculating cooling apparatus has an outlet side and an inlet side. Each charging connector assembly includes a charging connector and a charging cable having an inlet end and an outlet end. Each valve is correspondingly disposed in each coolant supply pipe. The control unit is coupled to the valves and the charging connector assemblies. When the charging connector assemblies are in operation of charging, the control unit opens the valves corresponding to the charging connector assemblies to allow the low-temperature coolant provided by the recirculating cooling apparatus to flow through the coolant supply pipes to cool the charging connectors.

Liquid-cooled charging equipment with multiple charging connector assemblies and method of operating the same

A charging apparatus for use with an electric vehicle includes a power transmission path, a switch, a first controller, a communication unit, and a second controller. The switch is disposed on the power transmission path. The communication unit is coupled to a second connection port. The first controller is coupled to the power transmission path, the switch, the second controller, and the communication unit. When the second controller receives a first request from a power management system and correspondingly notifies the first controller, the first controller switches from a first signal to a second signal to communicate with the electric vehicle and turns off the switch, and when the first controller receives a first EV notification provided from the electric vehicle, the controller turns on the switch.

Charging apparatus and method of operating the same

A charging module for electric vehicle includes a power conversion unit, a heat dissipation unit, and a thermoelectric module. The power conversion unit includes a power conversion module disposed inside a cabinet, and the power conversion unit provides output power. The heat dissipation unit cools the power conversion unit through liquid cooling or air cooling. The thermoelectric module generates electrical energy based on a temperature difference between the power conversion unit and the heat dissipation unit during operation. The electrical energy is supplied to the power conversion unit and/or the heat dissipation unit.

Charging module for electric vehicle

A charging coupler has a grip, an electrical connector and a cable holder. The grip has a front opening and a rear opening on two ends thereof The grip has a first half-tube and a second half-tube connected with each other along a longitudinal direction thereof. The first half-tube has a first latch portion and a groove extending along edges thereof to connect the second half-tube. The second half-tube has a second latch portion and a rib extending along edges thereof to connect the first half-tube. The rib is substantially matched with the groove, and a sealant is filled in a gap between the rib and the groove. The first latch portion is latched with the second latch portion to tighten connection of the first half-tube and the second half-tube. The electrical connector is arranged on the front opening, and the cable holder is arranged on the rear opening.

An intelligent electrical includes a metallic shielding case, an insulating main body, plural conducting terminals and at least one detecting element. The metallic shielding case includes a receiving space and at least one elastic sustaining element. The insulating main body includes a first body part and a second body part. The first body part is accommodated within the receiving space. The second body part is exposed outside the metallic shielding case. The detecting element is disposed on the second body part, arranged beside the elastic sustaining element of the metallic shielding case, and selectively contacted with or separated from the elastic sustaining element. When the elastic sustaining element is contacted with the detecting element, the electricity is permitted to be transmitted through the intelligent electrical connector. Whereas, when the elastic sustaining element is separated from the detecting element, the electricity fails to be transmitted through the intelligent electrical connector.

The method for fabricating the conductive winding structure includes: (a) providing a mold with a plurality of extension portions and a plurality of protrusions, the plurality of extension portions are connected to each other as a continuous spiral structure, and the plurality of protrusions extend from the plurality of extension portions; (b) performing an electroforming procedure to form a conductive layer on partial surface of the mold; and (c) stripping the conductive layer from the mold, so as to obtain the conductive winding structure.

Method for fabrication conductive winding structure

A power conversion circuit includes a driving circuit, an activating circuit, a converter and an auxiliary power source. The activating circuit receives a first power signal. The converter is used for converting the first power signal into a second power signal. The auxiliary power source is electrically connected to the activating circuit and the driving circuit. The auxiliary power source is driven by the driving circuit to issue either a first control signal to the activating circuit if the load is connected with the power conversion circuit or a second control signal to the activating circuit if the load is disconnected from the power conversion circuit. In response to the first control signal, the first power signal is converted into the second power signal and the second power signal is transmitted to the load. In response to the second control signal, the converter is disenabled.

An assembly structure includes a transformer, a system circuit board and an auxiliary circuit board. The transformer includes a primary winding coil, a secondary winding assembly and a magnetic core assembly. The magnetic core assembly is partially embedded within the primary winding coil and the secondary winding assembly. The secondary winding assembly has multiple output ends. The system circuit board is connected to the primary winding coil. The auxiliary circuit board is connected to the system circuit board and has multiple connecting parts. The output ends of the secondary winding assembly of the transformer are connected with corresponding connecting parts of the auxiliary circuit board.

A power supply cord set includes a power connector and a power cord. The power connector includes an insulating body, a first conducting element and a second conducting element. The second conducting element includes a first conducting part having a first connecting segment and a second connecting segment. The internal insulating cover layer is partially extended out of a distal aperture of the external insulating cover layer. The bare wire portion of the first multi-core wire is fixed on the first conducting element of the power connector. A terminal part of the internal insulating cover layer is fixed by the second connecting segment.

An electronic device with a heat-dissipation structure is disclosed. The electronic device comprises a housing, a printed circuit board assembly, and a heat sink. The printed circuit board assembly is disposed in an interior of the housing, and the printed circuit board assembly forms a high-temperatured heat flow area and a low-temperatured heat flow area in the electronic device. The heat sink is disposed between the printed circuit board assembly and the housing and in the low-temperatured heat flow area for balancing heat flow and homogenizing temperature of the electronic device to enhance heat-dissipation efficiency.

A temperature-homogenizing device for uniformly dissipating heat generated from electronic components in an electronic device to a housing of the electronic device includes a first and a second higher thermally conductive layers and a first lower thermally conductive layer. The first lower thermally conductive layer is disposed between the first and the second higher thermally conductive layers, and made of a material or a medium having a lower thermal conductivity than each of the first and the second higher thermally conductive layers. By means of this temperature-homogenizing device, the heat is homogeneously distributed throughout the first and the second higher thermally conductive layers at a higher thermal conduction rate and transferred through the first lower thermally conductive layer at a lower thermal conduction rate so as to maintain homogeneous temperature distribution on the housing.
