An integrated driving module includes an oscillator, a PWM unit, a soft start controller, a first driver, and a second driver. The oscillator is connected to a voltage input end and generates an oscillating signal. The PWM unit receives the oscillating signal and generates a first driving control signal and a second driving control signal that are respectively anti-phased. The first driver outputs a first driving output signal to a first output end according to the first driving control signal. The second driver outputs the second driving output signal to a second output end according to the second driving control signal. The integrated driving module only has four connection ends for external connection to provide the two anti-phase driving output signals, such that the circuit design and connection of the primary side of the transformer is greatly simplified. The design limitation and manufacturing cost can be both lowered.

Integrated driving module

A redundant power supply system has power supplies and holdup control circuits. The power supplies are connected in parallel for connecting to an input capacitor of a load system. An OR-gate anti-reverse current element is connected between each of the power supplies and the input capacitor. The holdup control circuits correspondingly connect to the DC output sides of the power supplies. Each of the holdup control circuits has an inductor, an electronic switch and a controller. The inductor is connected in series to the OR-gate anti-reverse current element. The electronic switch is connected between the DC output side of the corresponding power supply and a node where the inductor and the OR-gate anti-reverse current element are connected. The controller turns on and off of the electronic switch according to the DC power output from the DC output sides, thereby prolonging the holdup time after a power failure.

Redundant power supply system that prolongs the holdup time after a power failure

A redundant power supply apparatus includes at least two power inlets, at least two power supply units, and a common component. Each power inlet is connected to an AC power source. Each power supply unit has an input side and the at least two power supply units having a common output side, each input side is connected to the power inlet, and each power supply unit is configured to convert the AC power source into a DC power source. The common component is connected at the common output side and configured to receive DC power sources. Accordingly, the redundant power supply apparatus is provided to improve reliability of redundant operations between multiple external power sources without using mechanical switches.

Redundant power supply apparatus

An electronic circuit breaker of a power having dual output ports has an input port, two output ports, two field effect transistors, two current detection circuits and two control circuits. The control circuit has a silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) and an activation circuit detecting if a short circuit is present at one of the output ports through one of the current detection circuits, activating the SCR to turn off a corresponding FET after the occurrence of the short circuit, and disconnecting a corresponding output port from the input port. Due to the characteristics of the SCR, the SCR, once activated, stays in an on state between its anode and cathode. After the current of the output returns to its normal state, the FET is still turned off. Accordingly, high-frequency large current arising from alternately switching between the on and off states of the FET can be avoided.

Electronic circuit breaker of a power supply having dual output ports

A slope compensation method and circuit for a peak current control mode power converter circuit is provided. Since the power converter circuit has a synchronous signal of a driven signal of enabling the first primary switch and the second primary switch, a triangular wave signal is generated. The driven signals of the first and second primary switches determine the ramp up time of the triangular wave signal. The triangular wave signal is added to one of the output DC voltage feedback signal of the corresponding power converter circuit that are used to compare with a current peak value of the voltage feedback signals. Therefore, a high level triangular wave DC voltage feedback signal that is higher than the DC voltage feedback signal is formed, and the switching noises do not effect comparing result of a PWM controller of the power converter circuit.
