A transmission mechanism includes first and second transmission, first and second shafts, a clutch, and a one-way bearing. In the first gear, power is output through the first driving transmission and the one-way bearing; and in the second gear, the power is output through the clutch, the second driving transmission and the one-way bearing.

One-way component of transmission mechanism

A dual-shaft clutch varying speed device includes a drive unit, an input shaft, an output shaft, a housing, at least an odd-numbered clutch unit and at least an even-numbered clutch unit. The input shaft having an input gear is coupled with the drive unit. The output shaft, having an end thereof penetrate through the input shaft and the drive unit, has at least an odd-numbered output gear and at least an even-numbered output gear. The housing has a housing gear. The at least one odd-numbered clutch unit being furnished at the inner part of the housing has an odd-numbered clutch shaft and an odd-numbered clutch gear which is meshed with the odd-numbered output gear. The at least one odd-numbered clutch unit has an even-numbered clutch shaft and an even-numbered clutch gear which is meshed with the even-numbered output gear.

A harmonic driving device comprises a wave generator, a rigid wheel having an internal gear furnished therein, and a flexible wheel having an external gear furnished therein further comprising a cup-shaped which is composed of a main body and a bottom, a plurality of holes are disposed on the cup-shaped.

Harmonic driving device

A two-speed transmission having two clutches for an electric vehicle includes an electric motor, a middle shaft, a first clutch, a second clutch, a first gear assembly and a second gear assembly. The electric motor includes a spindle. The first and second clutches are furnished on the middle shaft coaxially. The first gear assembly is furnished on the spindle and the first clutch respectively to generate a first gear ratio. The second gear assembly is furnished on the spindle and the first clutch respectively to generate a second gear ratio different from the first gear ratio. When the first clutch is activated to connect with the middle shaft, the second clutch separates from the middle shaft, and the electric motor outputs a first torque corresponding to the first gear ratio to the middle shaft. Similarly, the electric motor outputs a second torque corresponding to the second gear ratio.

An interference-type torque split differential includes a differential housing, a first differential gear and an interference-type torque split module. The first differential gear is provided in the differential housing. The interference-type torque split module is provided outside the differential housing and has a second differential gear, a first brake source and a second brake source. The second differential gear is connected with the first differential gear. The first brake source and the second brake source are at two sides of the second differential gear, respectively. The first brake source or the second brake source provides multiple stages of clamping force for performing torque split.

A dual-shaft push-moving varying speed device includes a drive unit; an input shaft, having at least an odd-numbered input gear and at least an even-numbered input gear is coupled with the drive unit; an output shaft, having an end thereof penetrate through the input shaft and the drive unit, and the another end thereof possesses an output gear; a transmission shaft, including at least an odd-numbered output gear, at least an even-numbered output gear, and a transmission gear where the odd-numbered output gear is meshed with the corresponding odd-numbered input gear while the even-numbered output gear is meshed with the corresponding even-numbered input gear, and the transmission gear is meshed with the output gear; and at least a push-moving fork, being furnished between the odd-numbered input gear and the even-numbered input gear, selectively pushes the odd-numbered input gear and the even-numbered input gear to move.

A method for controlling operating modes of a hybrid powertrain mechanism including a first epicyclic train having first and second sun gears and a planetary gear couplable to these sun gears; a second epicyclic train having third and fourth sun gears and a planetary gear couplable to these sun gears; a first electric machine having one end coupled to the second sun gear; a second electric machine having one end coupled to the fourth sun gear; a first clutch having one end coupled to another end of the first electric machine; a first brake having one end coupled to another end of the first clutch and another end coupled to the third sun gear; and an engine coupled to the first sun gear. Various driving modes are provided by changing the states of the first clutch and the first brake and the operating modes of the first and second electric machines.

Method for controlling operating modes of a hybrid powertrain mechanism

A two-speed transmission having two clutches includes an electric motor, a middle shaft, a first clutch, a second clutch, a first gear assembly and a second gear assembly. The electric motor includes a spindle. The first clutch and the second clutch are furnished on the middle shaft coaxially. The first gear assembly and the second gear assembly are coupled to the first clutch and the second clutch through a first shaft portion and a second shaft portion of the middle shaft to generate a first gear ratio and a second gear ratio, respectively. When the first clutch is activated to connect with the first shaft portion, the second clutch separates from the second shaft portion, so that the electric motor outputs a first torque corresponding to the first gear ratio through the first gear assembly. Similarly, the electric motor outputs a second torque corresponding to the second gear ratio.

Two-speed transmission having two clutches

A parking brake includes transmission shaft, park gear and parking assembly. The park gear is connected to the transmission shaft. The parking assembly includes holder and engagement mechanisms. The holder on the transmission shaft is slidable in axial direction of the transmission shaft. The engagement mechanism includes engagement body and elastic member. The engagement body is furnished on the holder and slidable in a radial direction of the transmission shaft. The elastic members are connected to the holder and located between the holder and the engagement bodies. The engagement bodies protrude from a surface of the holder. When the parking assembly is moved toward the park gear, and some of the engagement bodies are pressed and moved with respect to the holder, the park gear is engaged with some of the plurality of engagement mechanisms not moved with respect to the holder.

Parking brake

A two-speed transmission for an electric vehicle including an electric motor, a first transmission mechanism and a second transmission mechanism is provided. The electric motor includes a rotor and a spindle. The rotor drives a first sun gear and a first planet gear of the first transmission mechanism to rotate with respect to the first ring gear to generate a first gear ratio. The rotor drives a second sun gear and a second planet gear of the second transmission mechanism to rotate with respect to the second ring gear to generate a second gear ratio different from the first gear ratio. When the first clutch connects with the spindle, the second clutch separates from the spindle, and a first torque is outputted to the spindle. When the second clutch connects with the spindle, the first clutch separates from the spindle, and a second torque is outputted to the spindle.

Two-speed transmission for electric vehicle

A hybrid powertrain mechanism includes: a first epicyclic train having first and second sun gears and a planetary gear to be coupled to the first and second sun gears; a second epicyclic train having third and fourth sun gears and a planetary gear to be coupled to the third and fourth sun gears; a first electric machine having one end coupled to the second sun gear; a second electric machine having one end coupled to the fourth sun gear; a first clutch having one end coupled to another end of the first electric machine; a second clutch having one end coupled to another end of the first clutch and another end coupled to the third sun gear; and an engine coupled to the first sun gear. Various driving modes are provided by changing the states of the first and second clutches and the operating modes of the first and second electric machines.

Hybrid powertrain mechanism

A power generating device capable of outputting at a constant rotation speed is configured with a constant speed unit for transforming a varying input rotation speed into a constant output rotation speed, which comprises: a power source, an electric generator and a constant speed unit; wherein the constant speed unit further comprises: a first differential gear set, having two input ends and an output end being configured in a manner that one of the two input ends is connected with the power source and the output end is connected to a load; a continuously variable transmission (CVT) mechanism, configured with an input end and an output end in a manner that the input end is connected to the power source; a hydraulic torque converter, configured with an input end and an output end in a manner that the input end is connected to the load; a second differential gear set, configured with two input ends and an output end in a manner that the two input ends are connected respectively to the output end of the CVT mechanism and the hydraulic torque converter so as to perform a power composition process in the second differential gear set and then transmit the composite power from its output end to the other input end of the first differential gear set that is not connected to the power source.
