An osteo-implant is provided, having a fixing segment and an implant end. The fixing segment is provided with a thread and at least one bone healing chamber. The bone healing chamber is located at a thread root of the thread. The bone healing chamber is a chamber inwardly depressed from a surface of the fixing segment. The fixing segment has a central axis. In the same section of the fixing segment, an area of a section, which is parallel to and passes through the central axis, of the at least one bone healing chamber closer to the implant end is smaller.

Osteo-implant

A bionic fixing apparatus is provided. The bionic fixing apparatus includes a body having a through hole and at least one slit. The through hole penetrates the body from the top surface to the bottom surface to form a top opening and a bottom opening. An inner diameter of the top opening is larger than an inner diameter of the bottom opening. The slit is connected to the bottom opening and extends upwardly from the bottom surface of the body, such that the body has a flexible bottom portion.

Bionic fixing apparatus and apparatus for pulling out the same

A bionic apparatus is provided. The bionic apparatus includes a flexible portion having a plurality of pores, a rigid portion connected with the flexible portion, and a supporting element disposed in the flexible portion. The pore size of each pore is between 50 &#x3bc;m to 500 &#x3bc;m. The flexible portion, the rigid portion and the supporting element are one-piece formed by a additive manufacturing process.

Bionic fixing apparatus

The present invention is related to a kit comprising: (a) a mesenchymal stem cell; (b) a gelatin-hyaluronan-chondroitin tri-copolymer scaffold; (c) a kartogenin; and (d) a bioreactor. The present invention is also related to a method for promoting differentiation of a mesenchymal stem cell into cartilage tissue, comprising: (a) culturing the mesenchymal stem cell on a gelatin- hyaluronan-chondroitin tri-copolymer scaffold in the presence of a kartogenin; and (b) culturing the mesenchymal stem cell and the gelatin-hyaluronan-chondroitin tri-copolymer scaffold in a bioreactor.

Kit and method for promoting mesenchymal stem cell differentiation

A bionic fixing apparatus is provided. The bionic fixing apparatus includes a flexible portion having at least one trench. The trench is disposed on the surface of the flexible portion and has a first end and a second end. An interval is disposed between the first end and the second end. The trench is disposed for spreading the stress applied on the bionic fixing apparatus and preventing stress concentration and stress shielding.

Thermal responsive compositions for treating bone diseases are provided. The thermal responsive composition for treating bone diseases includes a bone growth factor and a biodegradable copolymer. The biodegradable copolymer has a structure of Formula (I) or Formula (II):A-B-BOX-B-A&#x2003;&#x2003;Formula (I)B-A-B-(BOX-B-A-B)-BOX-B-A-B&#x2003;&#x2003;Formula (II) wherein, A includes a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol polymer, B includes a hydrophobic polyester polymer, BOX is a bifunctional group monomer of 2, 2'-Bis(2-oxazoline) and used for coupling the blocks A-B or B-A-B, and n is an integer and the same or more than 0.

Thermal responsive composition for treating bone diseases

A spinal fusion device abutting and fixed between adjacent vertebrae. The spinal fusion device includes a support frame. The support frame has a plurality of extending bodies, each radially extending from a center of the support frame. A predetermined gap exists between every two adjacent extending bodies, receiving a bone graft.
