A jig for probe connector adapted for clutching a plurality of probe assemblies each of which has a connecting portion, a probing pin and a soldering portion disposed at two ends of the connecting portion respectively. The jig for probe connector has a base body. The base body has a plurality of passageways each penetrating a front end thereof. The passageway includes a first receiving recess and a second receiving recess disposed at a front of the first receiving recess. A cross section of the second receiving recess is larger than that of the first receiving recess, with a drop defined as a preventing portion formed therebetween. A side of the second receiving recess has a portion protruded inward to form a buckling lump, which is spaced from the preventing portion with a predetermined distance.

Pogo pin connector

A probe connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of probe pins and a shielding shell. The insulating housing has a base body and a tongue portion. The insulating housing defines a plurality of inserting holes penetrating through the base body and the tongue portion. Two opposite surfaces of the base body defines two fastening portions. The probe pins are inserted in the inserting holes. The shielding shell has a top plate and a blocking plate extending downward from a periphery of the top plate with an accommodating chamber formed therein. The top plate defines a plurality of matching holes. The tongue portion is inserted in the accommodating chamber with the matching holes aligned with the corresponding inserting holes. Two fastening plates are protruded from two opposite bottom edges of the blocking plate. Each fastening plate has a matching fastening portion thereon for engaging with the fastening portion.

Probe connector

A probe connector adapted for fastening a cable thereto includes a shell, a plunger and an elastic element. The shell has a barrel and a base shell with an accommodating chamber therein. The base shell is connected with the barrel. A bottom of the base shell extends downward to form a connecting piece of which two opposite side edges oppositely extend outward to form two clipping pieces. The clipping pieces are bent towards each other to clip a core wire of the cable therebetween. The plunger is movably inserted in the barrel and further projects out of the barrel. The elastic element is telescopically assembled in the barrel and the accommodating chamber along the movement direction of the plunger, with one end thereof resisting against a bottom of the plunger and the other end thereof abutting against an inner side of a bottom plate of the base shell.

A spring connector includes a barrel, a plunger and a spring. The barrel includes a longitudinal space formed therein, an opening formed at a top thereof, a bottom plate formed at a bottom thereof and a narrow portion formed from a middle portion and to the bottom thereof. The plunger includes a contact portion protruding from the opening, a sliding portion received in the longitudinal space, and a limit recess formed in the lower sliding portion. A top end of the spring is received in and limited by the limit recess, and a bottom end and a middle portion is limited by the narrower portion to restrict the spring being compressed along a longitudinal direction thereof. The spring is also prevented from deviating from the longitudinal direction thereof.

Spring connector

A probe connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of probe pins and a shielding shell. The insulating housing has a base body. A front of the base body protrudes frontward to form a tongue portion. The insulating housing defines a plurality of inserting holes each longitudinally penetrating through the base body and the tongue portion. The probe pins are inserted in the corresponding inserting holes. The shielding shell encloses the tongue portion. The shielding shell has a front plate and a hollow blocking plate extending rearward from a periphery edge of the front plate and having an accommodating chamber formed therein. The front plate defines a plurality of matching holes. The tongue portion of the insulating housing is inserted in the accommodating chamber and a front side thereof abuts against the front plate to make the matching holes aligned with the corresponding inserting holes.

A probe connector includes a barrel, a plunger, an elastic element, at least one first magnet, and at least one second magnet. The barrel defines an enclosure surrounding a chamber. An opening is formed at one end of the barrel. The elastic element is arranged in the chamber of the barrel. The plunger has a basic portion received in the chamber and against one end of the elastic element, and a contact portion extending out of the chamber through the opening. The first magnet is disposed on the enclosure of the barrel. The second magnet is disposed on the basic portion of the plunger. When the plunger is pressed inward, the plunger is leant towards one side with the basic portion against the enclosure because of the second magnet approaching the first magnet to produce a magnetic force interaction therebetween.

A spring connector includes a barrel made by stamping a metal foil to form with a top opening, a first receiving space, a bottom opening and a cover being capable of being positioned to cover the bottom opening and to space from the bottom opening, a plunger inserted in the barrel from the bottom opening and formed with a head portion exposed outside the barrel, a sliding portion received in the first receiving space, and a second receiving space connected to the first receiving space, a spring insert in the first receiving space and the second receiving space from the bottom opening, of which a bottom portion connects to the cover. Because the cover is made by stamping a metal foil, it is easy to coat a uniform coating layer for improving the conducting quality, and the fabricating time and the cost of the spring connector is reduced.

Spring connector with a bottom cover and fabricating method thereof

An audio jack connector has an insulating housing. The insulating housing has an inserting hole extending from a front to a rear for receiving the audio plug connector and a plurality of recesses communicating with the inserting hole for receiving a plurality of terminals. An elastic body which is disposed in the inserting hole perpendicular to an extending direction of the inserting hole has two opposite tightening arms and a connecting portion interconnected with opposite ends of the tightening arms. A front end of the audio plug connector passes through the elastic body and is restrained by the elastic body. Two tightening arms of the elastic body are against the portions of the front end of the audio plug connector from opposite directions when the audio plug connecter is inserted into the inserting hole of the insulating housing.

Audio jack connector

An audio jack connector has an insulating housing. The insulating housing has an inserting hole extending from a front to rear for receiving the audio plug connector and a plurality of recesses communicating with the inserting hole for receiving a plurality of terminals. An elastic body which is disposed in the inserting hole perpendicular to an extending direction of the inserting hole has two opposite tightening arms and a connecting portion interconnected with opposite ends of the tightening arms. A front end of the audio plug connector passes through the elastic body and is restrained by the elastic body. Two tightening arms of the elastic body are against the portions of the front end of the audio plug connector from opposite directions, when the audio plug connector is inserted into the inserting hole of the insulating housing.

A probe connector has a barrel with a main body surrounding a chamber therein. The main body has a slot communicating with the chamber. A plunger includes a basic portion restricted in the barrel and a contact portion extended from one end of the basic portion. A fixing element has a fixing ring wrapping a periphery of the main body, a portion of the fixing ring extended perpendicular to the fixing ring to form a connecting rod. The connecting rod has a portion bent towards the same direction as an extending direction of a radius of the fixing ring to form a resting portion buckling into the chamber of the main body through the slot. The resting portion resiliently abuts against a side of the plunger when the plunger is pressed downwards to deflect to contact an inner surface of the main body by an opposite side thereof.

A probe connector has an insulating housing having at least one inserting hole and an installing groove adjacent to the inserting hole for communicating with thereof. At least one probe pin assembly mounted to the inserting hole comprises a cylindraceous barrel, an elastic element received in the barrel, and a plunger mounted to the barrel and exposing from an end of the barrel. The barrel has a main body, with an opening formed thereon and facing the installing groove. A fixing element fixed in the installing groove has an elastic arm which is formed with a resting portion projecting into a chamber surrounded by the main body through the opening. The resting portion resiliently rests against a side of the plunger when the plunger is pressed downwards to deflect to contact an inner surface of the main body by an opposite side thereof.

A probe connector has a barrel having a main body which defines a chamber therein, and a base connected with one end of the main body. The main body has an opening at a middle portion thereof. A plunger is mounted to the barrel and partly exposes from the other end of the main body. A wrapping element surrounds an outer periphery of the main body. A resting element has a resting portion of arc shape, and two fixing slices extended opposite to each other from two ends of the resting portion. The resting portion projects into the chamber of the barrel through the opening. The fixing slices are sandwiched between the barrel and the wrapping element. The resting portion rests against a side of the plunger when the plunger is pressed downwards to deflect to contact an inner surface of the main body by an opposite side thereof.

A slide module for a slide type electronic device includes a slide base having two opposite slide edges curling inside to form two longitudinal roll edges. A pair of slide rails are provided with a pair of slick guide recesses. The guide recess receives one roll edge sliding along the guide recess. A locating recess is defined above the guide recess. A guide hole is defined in the slide rail passing therethrough. A slide tray defines a pair of fixed blades located in the locating recesses respectively at two sides thereof. A torsion spring has two free ends. The first end is connected to the slide base and the second end is connected to the slide tray. A pair of guide rods are inserted in the guide holes respectively and equipped in both sides of the slide base. The guide rod slides along the guide hole.
