An assembly fixture is disclosed. The assembly fixture is utilized for assembling a back combined pogo pin which comprises a barrel, a pin head, an elastic element, and a rear stopper. Said assembly fixture comprises a retaining member and a pressing member. The retaining member has an accommodating hole disposed thereon for accommodating the pogo pin that is not assembled yet. The pressing member is mounted on an upper fixing plate and disposed opposite to the retaining member. The pogo pin is assembled all together when the pressing member pushes the unassembled pogo pin. The assembly fixture is simple and can assemble the back combined pogo pin steadily and quickly.

Assembly fixture

A forging mold includes a female mold and a male mold coupling with the female mold. The female mold includes an external mold defining an accommodating groove for receiving an internal mold and a pressing block therein, and a first fixing hole penetrating through the external mold and connected with the accommodating groove. The pressing block has a gap opened at a bottom portion thereof and adjacent to the internal mold. The internal mold has a base body and a blocking protrusion protruded from a bottom portion of the base body to be pressed in the gap. A first fixing element is screwed into the first fixing hole of the external mold with a distal end thereof resisting against the pressing block to further press the pressing block towards the internal mold so as to secure the internal mold and the pressing block in the accommodating groove.

Forging mold

An assembly jig used for assembling a magnet connector including a magnetic body includes a magnet, and a base body having a rear surface and a front surface. The front surface is concaved rearward to form a holding room. The rear surface is concaved forward to form a receiving cavity having a shape in accordance with the external outline of the magnetic body. The magnet is held in the holding room of the base body with the magnetic poles thereof being located in a kind of only certain way. When assembling the magnet connector, the magnetic body is partly attracted in the receiving cavity of the base body by the magnet and then is assembled to the magnet connector with the magnetic poles thereof being uniformly arranged in a kind of only certain way after mass production of the magnet connector.

Assembly jig

A spring testing fixture and measuring assembly thereof are described. The spring testing fixture includes a measuring assembly, an upper cover and a lower cover. The measuring assembly further includes a contact plate, a containing space and a buckling unit. The contact plate of the measuring assembly is correspondingly adapted to the configuration (or profile) of the spring for effectively restricting the exerted force on the spring to precisely measure the practical reliability and the life span of the spring.

Spring testing fixture and measuring assembly thereof

A testing jig of a pogo pin connector for testing a connection between at least one pogo pin and an electrical plug is disclosed. The testing jig includes a first support element, a second support element, and a platform. The first support element has a first groove and at least one opening defined therein. The second support element has a second groove corresponding to the first groove for receiving the electrical plug. The platform is disposed below the first support element, and at least one receiving hole is defined in the platform. The at least one pogo pin is disposed in the at least one receiving hole and exposed in the first groove through the at least one opening. The pogo pin is configured in various tilt angles through the platform with the opening for solving high cost of various mold developments.

Testing jig for pogo pin connector

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of probe pins assembled in the insulating housing, a magnetic block and a metal shell. The insulating housing has a base and a tongue extending frontward from a front of the base. The magnetic block has an inserting hole penetrating longitudinally therethrough and matched with the tongue of the insulating housing. The metal shell includes a first metal shell and a second metal shell. The first metal shell is assembled rearward through the tongue to enclose the base, and the magnetic block sheathes the tongue in the inserting hole. The second metal shell covers a front of the magnetic block and defines a positioning window for positioning a front end of the tongue therein. The second metal shell and the first metal shell are buckled and electrically connected with each other to clamp the magnetic block therebetween.

Electrical connector

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of probe pins assembled in the insulating housing, a magnetic block, a metal shell and a piece of mylar. The insulating housing has a base and a tongue extending frontward from a front of the base. The magnetic block is of a unitary block and has an inserting hole penetrating longitudinally therethrough and matching with the tongue. The metal shell is assembled rearward through the tongue to enclose the base, and the magnetic block sheathes the tongue in the inserting hole and abuts against the metal shell. A front end of the tongue further stretches beyond a front surface of the magnetic block. The mylar is sticked on the front surface of the magnetic block and defines a positioning window for positioning the front end of the tongue therein.

An electric connector includes an insulating housing having a base board, two side boards, a top board and a bottom board which define a receiving space thereamong. A terminal body protrudes rearward from a rear surface of the base board in the receiving space. A plurality of probe terminals is assembled in the insulating housing. A magnet unit includes a plurality of magnets stood together to show a shape matched with the receiving space of the insulating housing for being assembled in the receiving space. A metal shell is mounted to the insulating housing to enclose the insulating housing and the magnet unit. The metal shell further electrically resists against rear sides of the magnets to secure the magnet unit in the insulating housing.

Electric connector adapted for connecting with a mated connector by virtue of magnetic attraction

A torsion spring test jig adapted to assist a torsion spring to show different elastic statuses includes a bottom holder, a sliding element slidably mounted on the bottom holder and a plurality of hinge pin assemblies. The bottom holder includes a first modulating fastener having a first groove and a second modulating fastener having a second groove perpendicularly positioned under the first modulating fastener. An intersection of the first and second groove forms a first locating perforation. The sliding element includes a third modulating fastener having a third groove and a fourth modulating fastener having a fourth groove perpendicularly positioned under the third modulating fastener. An intersection of the third and fourth grooves forms a second locating perforation. The torsion spring are fastened between the first and second perforations through the hinge pin assemblies.

Torsion spring test jig

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing having a front wall, a top wall, a bottom wall and two side walls. A rear surface of the front wall extends rearward to form a tongue portion. A receiving space is formed among the front wall, the top wall, the bottom wall and the side walls, wherein the tongue portion is located in the receiving space. A plurality of probe pins is assembled in the insulating housing. A magnetic block has a shape matched with the receiving space and is assembled in the receiving space. A metal plate is placed behind the magnetic block by passing a rear end of the tongue portion therethrough. A metal shell encloses the insulating housing and further electrically resists against a rear side of the metal plate to secure the magnetic block and the metal plate in the insulating housing.

Disclosed is a pogo-pin connector which includes an insulated body, at least one pogo-pin terminal, at least one insulative sleeve, at least one conductive terminal, at least one receiving pedestal and at least one spring part. A pogo-pin terminal slot and a conductive terminal slot are defined through insulated body. Each of the pogo-pin terminals has a top end movably protruded beyond the pogo-pin terminal slot and a bottom end defining a slotted hole toward an inside of the pogo-pin terminal. The insulative sleeve is removably fastened at the bottom end of the pogo-pin terminal. The conductive terminal is disposed within the conductive terminal slot. A receiving pedestal is used to seal the bottom end of the pogo-pin terminal slot. In accordance with the configuration of the insulative sleeve, an arcing effect occurring between the pogo-pin connector and a complementary connector can be avoided.

Pogo-pin connector

The present invention discloses an electrical connector that is soldered on a circuit board. The circuit board has an opening recess having a hooking recess extending forward and outward and formed at each of two side edges of the opening recess. Two side walls of shell of the electrical connector are punched to form flexible fixing pieces, which extend forward and outward, respectively. A track groove is formed in front or rear of the flexible fixing piece in each of the two side walls of the shell. The circuit board can be inserted into the track grooves, and the flexible fixing pieces can be flexibly held in the hooking recesses. The present invention can economize spaces at both sides as well as reduce volume of the electrical connector by engaging the flexible fixing pieces and the hooking recesses, and engaging the track grooves and the circuit board.

A probe connector adapted for fastening a cable thereto includes an insulating housing and a plurality of probe pin assemblies. The insulating housing defines a plurality of fastening openings and inserting holes penetrating therethrough. The probe pin assembly includes a shell, a plunger and an elastic element assembled in the shell. The shell has a barrel partly received in the inserting hole, and a box-shaped base shell received in the fastening opening. The base shell has a rear plate extending rearward. The rear plate extends rearward to form a connecting piece of which two opposite side edges define two clipping pieces capable of being bent towards each other to clip a core wire of the cable therebetween. The plunger partially projects out of the barrel and the inserting hole. Then the rear plate is bent downward to make the probe pin assembly be a right-angled shape.

Probe connector

A probe connector adapted for electrically interconnecting with a mated connector which has two portions thereof provided with different magnetism selected from a south magnetic pole and a north magnetic pole respectively, includes an insulating housing, a plurality of probe pins and a foolproof mechanism. The insulating housing defines a plurality of inserting holes penetrating therethrough for receiving the probe pins. The foolproof mechanism is made of magnetic material and includes an upper cover and a lower cover which have different magnetism selected from a north magnetic pole and a south magnetic pole respectively. The upper cover and the lower cover are mounted to two opposite sides of the insulating housing. The probe connector can be interconnected with the mated connector based on principles of homopolar repulsion and heteropolar attraction between the upper cover and the lower cover and the two portions of the mated connector.

An electrical connector includes a pedestal terminal which has a base board, two fastening boards extending upward from two sides of the base board, and two elastic boards extending upward from two free ends of the fastening boards and inclined gradually away from each other in process of extending upward, and a connecting terminal having two elastic arms and a bent portion connecting the elastic arms together to make the connecting terminal show a substantial inverted-V shape. Two free ends of the elastic boards are bent inward to form two restraining portions. Two free ends of the elastic arms are arched outward to form two interfering portions. The connecting terminal is movably engaged with the pedestal terminal with the elastic arms restrained between the restraining portions, the interfering portions abutting against insides of the corresponding elastic boards and the bent portion projecting upward beyond the pedestal terminal.
