An electronic device includes an electronic unit, a circuit layer and a bonding pad. The electronic unit includes a chip, an insulating layer and a first conductor layer. The insulating layer is disposed on the chip, the insulating layer includes a first opening, and the first conductor layer is disposed in the first opening. The circuit layer is disposed corresponding to the electronic unit, and the circuit layer includes a second opening and a second conductor layer disposed in the second opening. The bonding pad is in contact with the second conductor layer, and the bonding pad is electrically connected to electronic unit. The first conductor layer has a first height, the second conductor layer has a second height, and a ratio of the first height to the second height is greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 0.9.

Electronic device

An electronic device includes a first electronic unit, a second electronic unit, a bonding pad, an insulating layer and a circuit layer. The bonding pad is disposed between the first electronic unit and the second electronic unit. The insulating layer is disposed corresponding to the first electronic unit, to the second electronic unit and to the bonding pad. The first electronic unit is electrically connected with the second electronic unit through the circuit layer and through the bonding pad.

Electronic device and method of forming electronic device

An electrode structure is provided. The electrode structure includes a first layer and a second layer. The first layer has a first wire, a second wire and an isolated wire, wherein the first wire is electrically connected to the second wire, and the isolated wire is electrically insulated from the first wire and the second wire. The second layer is disposed on the first layer and has a third wire, wherein the third wire is electrically connected to the first wire. A light emitting device includes a plurality of light emitting elements and a light controller. The light emitting elements emit lights. The light controller is disposed on the light emitting elements for the lights passing through to form output lights. The light controller includes a first optical element, a second optical element and a transparent element disposed between the first optical element and the second optical element, and a thickness of the transparent element is not greater than 0.35 mm.

Light emitting device

An electronic device emitting an output light includes an optical layer. The electronic device emits the output light under an operation of a highest brightness. The output light has an output spectrum, an intensity integral of the output spectrum from 380 nm to 489 nm is defined as a first intensity integral, and an intensity integral of the output spectrum from 490 nm to 780 nm is defined as a second intensity integral. In the first state, the light emitting device has an output light, a first intensity of the output lights is measured at a viewing angle of 0°, a second intensity of the output lights is measured at a viewing angle of θand an azimuth angle of Φ, and a ratio of the second intensity to the first intensity is less than or equal to 0.1, wherein θranges from 35° to 55°, and Φranges from 0° to 28° or from 152° to 180°.

An electronic device has a first substrate having a hole. A circuit is disposed on the first substrate. A conductive element is disposed in the hole of the first substrate. A second substrate is corresponded to the first substrate, the second substrate has an opening which penetrates the second substrate and corresponds to the conductive element. An electronic component is corresponded to the second substrate, and the electronic component is electrically connected to the circuit and the conductive element.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a substrate structure, a control unit, a first circuit structure, and an electronic unit. The substrate structure has a conductive via pattern and a dummy via pattern. The control unit is electrically connected to the conductive via pattern. Electronic device and method for forming the same

The present disclosure provides a display in application of a vehicle. The display includes two display devices, in which at least one of the two display devices includes a display panel and a light controller. The display panel includes a plurality of signal lines respectively extending along a first direction. The light controller is disposed adjacent to the display panel and includes a plurality of patterns respectively extending along a second direction, in which the second direction is different from the first direction. The display devices are arranged along the first direction.

Display in application of vehicle

An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device includes a substrate, a first conductive element disposed above the substrate, a transistor disposed above the first conductive element and the substrate, a first electronic unit disposed above the substrate and electrically connected to the transistor, a second electronic unit disposed above the substrate; and a connection electrode disposed above the first conductive element, the first conductive element is electrically connected to the first electronic unit and the second electronic unit through the connection electrode.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a signal transmission component, a first display portion and a second display portion. The signal transmission component extends along a first direction. The first display portion is electrically connected to the signal transmission component.
