A molding machine teaching aid includes a frame unit, a molding unit, a material supply unit, a drive unit and a monitoring unit. The molding unit includes a fixed die holder, a movable die holder, and two die kernels respectively and detachably disposed on the fixed and movable die holders. The material supply unit includes a heating module for melting a wire material, and an extruder transporting the molten material into a die cavity formed between the die kernels. The drive unit is controllable to drive movement of the movable die holder relative to the frame unit. The monitoring unit is for a user to operate to control the extruder, the heating module and the drive unit.

A lighting apparatus includes an outer housing surrounding a longitudinal axis and made of light-transmissive material, a supporting mount provided within the outer housing, a pair of end caps coupled to opposite ends of the outer housing and supporting mount to define a watertight internal chamber, and a plurality of lighting devices provided on a surface of the supporting mount inside the internal chamber. A photography lighting fixture includes a lighting device and a shade device. The lighting device includes a housing, a lighting element disposed in the housing, and a first attaching unit connected to the housing. The shade device includes a base mount, a plurality of shade components mounted pivotally to the base mount, and a second attaching unit mounted to the base mount and detachably and rotatably attaching the first attaching unit.

Photography lighting fixture

A heat dissipating fan comprises a base unit having an axial sleeve, a dynamic bearing having a shaft section, a stator unit securely around the axial sleeve and a rotor unit. The rotor unit has a hub with a through hole to be jointed to the shaft section. A barrel core is positioned at the inner side of the hub corresponding to the through hole for receiving the shaft section. A connection element engages with the shaft section to secure the connection between the hub and the shaft section. Thus, the heat dissipating fan is assembled quickly, easily and precisely.

Heat sink

A hub assembly includes an axle having one end mounted fittingly in a metal socket member. A hub body includes a cylindrical wall formed integrally with a base wall and extending uprightly from an inner surface of the base wall, and a coupling tube formed integrally on the inner surface of the base wall. The cylindrical wall has a central axis transverse to the base wall. The coupling tube extends along the central axis, and has the socket member fixed therein.

Cooling fan hub assembly

In a fan housing, a surrounding wall extends uprightly from an inner surface of a base wall that is formed with a wire hole. A power wire, which is coupled to a fan motor mounted on the inner surface, extends through the wire hole. A wire-positioning unit includes a first positioning groove formed in an outer surface of the base wall and extending from the wire hole to the surrounding wall, a second positioning groove formed in an outer surrounding surface of the surrounding wall and extending from the first positioning groove such that the power wire extends along the first and second positioning grooves, a first anchoring member for anchoring the power wire in the first positioning groove, and a second anchoring member for anchoring the power wire in the second positioning groove.

Fan housing

A radiator fan includes a hollow fixing plate and support frames extending upward from the fixing plate to be joined to a guard plate. A fan assembly is arranged under the guard plate and at least a wind shielding plate and at least an air inlet are disposed between the support frames alternately so that it is possible to increase the static pressure and the airflow with low noise level. In addition, the radiator fan further includes a radiator and a fan stand. The radiator is received in the base and the fan stand has inversed hooks to be attached to the radiator from top with the inversed hooks. The fan stand is provided with locating posts to fit with locating holes provided in the fan assembly. The product made can be standardized with excellent interchangeability.

Radiator fan

A positioning structure of a bearing and an axle tube, wherein, the positioning hole of the axle tube has a periphery formed with an oil storage space corresponding to the bearing, so that when the bearing is received and positioned in the positioning hole of the axle tube, the friction force between the bearing and the inner wall of the positioning hole can be reduced efficiently. Thus, the shaft hole of the bearing is not easily deformed due to squeeze, thereby preventing the center from deflecting. At the same time, the oil storage space is relatively increased, thereby enhancing the lubricating effect of the bearing. The oil storage space is directly integrally formed in the periphery of the positioning hole during fabrication of the shaft tube. Thus, the fabrication is rapid, thereby decreasing the cost of fabrication.

Positioning structure of bearing and axle tube

A composite heat dissipation fan, including an impeller having first blades, and the first blades having a periphery combined with second blades for creating a side directed wind supply. The impeller is provided with a magnet ring which is energized with the stator coils of the base plate, so that the impeller is induced to rotate about the rotation shaft of the base plate. The first blades draw the ambient cold air through the wind inlet opening, and the wind outlet opening of the base plate drains the wind outward. The second blades uses part of the cold air to drain wind sideward, thereby providing a multi-directional wind draining effect so as to increase the heat dissipation efficiency.
