A 3-D printing apparatus includes a base and a printing head disposed above the base. The base includes an adjustment platform having an adjustment side and a top surface, a first-adjustment mechanism, second-adjustment mechanisms and a printing bed. The first-adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment shaft, first and second gears and a linkage rod. The first gear disposed under the adjustment platform is engaged with the adjustment shaft to drive it to move along a normal direction of the top surface. The second gear is engaged with the first gear to drive it to rotate. The linkage rod extended to the adjustment side connects the second gear to drive it to rotate. The second-adjustment mechanisms arranged along the adjustment side are adapted to move along the normal direction. The printing bed disposed on the adjustment platform is engaged with the adjustment shaft and the second adjustment mechanisms to move therewith.

Three-dimensional printing apparatus

A 3D printing device, which is adapted to print a second object on a first object. The 3D printing device includes a body, a 3D printing unit, a sensor unit, a storage unit, a control unit and a carrier plate. The control unit is electrically connected to the 3D printing unit, the storage unit and the sensor unit. The storage unit stores initial coordinates, and the initial coordinates correspond to an initial printing position of the 3D printing unit. The carrier plate is located at a bottom of the body and has a ocular mark. The first object is adapted to be placed on the carrier plate. The sensor unit senses a height of the first object relative to the carrier plate, and the control unit drives the 3D printing unit to print the second object on the first object according to the height and the initial coordinates.

Three-dimensional printing method

The invention provides a lead screw guide assembly and a three-dimensional (3D) printing apparatus, wherein the lead screw guide assembly includes a base, a first guiding member, a second guiding member and a lead screw guide. The first guiding member is disposed on the base and has a first channel extending along an axis. The second guiding member is movably coupled to the first guiding member along the axis. The lead screw guide is movably disposed on the base along the axis and located in the first channel. The lead screw guide is coupled to the second guiding member, so as to drive the second guiding member to move along the axis and hide in the first channel or protrude from the first channel.

Three-dimensional printing device

A three-dimensional printing apparatus including a housing, a platform disposed in the housing and having a printing region, a frame disposed on an inner side of the housing and an operating module is provided. At least one cylinder disposed on the frame has a body and a pair of wings extended therefrom. The cylinder is carried on the frame by the wings, and a first gap is provided below each of the wings and between the body and the frame. The operating module is disposed in the housing to move relative to the printing region and the frame, and the operating module includes a pair of catching arms. After the catching arms are inserted into the first gaps, the operating module moves in a first direction to carry the cylinder on the catching arms, and then moves in a second direction to move the cylinder out from the frame.

A three-dimensional printing device including a main body having a reference side and a support side, a plurality of driving units disposed on the main body connecting the reference side with the support side along an axis, a carrying unit including a plurality of axial connection portions, a plurality of sensing units disposed on the reference side and respectively corresponding to the axial connection portions and a control unit coupled to the driving units and the sensing units is provided. The carrying unit is assembled on the driving units and driven by the driving units to move between the reference side and the support side. Each sensing unit detects that each corresponding axial connection portion arrives at the reference side and accordingly produces a termination signal, and the control unit synchronizes operations of the driving units according to the termination signals.

The material tube () is positioned by disposing the wings () on the positioning recesses () in a spanning manner. The material tube () is driven by a printing module () to move out of the material receiving compartment () and be positioned on the printing module ().

3D printer

A material level detecting mechanism of three-dimensional system includes a bracket, a printing head, first piston, a second piston, a first detecting unit and a second detecting unit. The bracket includes an aligner holder and a supporter. The printing head detachably located in the aligner holder, and including a nozzle with an outlet for extruding the modeling material. The first piston includes a piston rod attached to a piston head, and the second piston slidably located inside the cartridge is adapted to be pushed by the first piston toward the direction of the outlet. The first detecting unit is adapted to detect the home position of the first piston and the second detecting unit is adapted to detect the touching of the first piston and the second piston which provide the initial amount of material present in the cartridge which is subject to print.

Material level detecting mechanism of three-dimensional system

A printing head module includes a bracket, a plurality of printing heads, a pivot shaft, a wiper unit, and a control unit. The bracket includes a plurality of through holes. The printing heads are parallelly aligned with each other, each of the printing heads a nozzle for extruding the modeling material. The pivot shaft connected to the bracket is adapted to rotate the printing heads to a target position. The wiper unit includes a holder, a plurality of wipers, and a wiper opener. The holder is connected to the pivot shaft to be rotated with the bracket and the printing heads. The wipers rotatably connected to the holder and disposed correspondingly to the openings. The wiper opener is disposed at the target position to interfere with the wiper rotated to the target position, so as to drive the corresponding wiper to rotate to the opening position.

Printing head module

The printing head module includes a bracket, a plurality of cartridges, a first piston, a pivot shaft, and a control unit. The bracket includes a plurality of through holes. The cartridges coaxially aligned with each other, each of the cartridges includes a leaning portion and contains the modeling material and a nozzle for extruding the modeling material. The leaning portion is leaning against the bracket when the cartridge is located at the printing position. The first piston is configured to slide along an extensional axis of the cartridge and drive the cartridge to move toward the printing position. The pivot shaft is connected to the bracket and adapted to rotate the cartridge to a working location. The control unit is coupled to the pivot shaft and the first piston for controlling the first piston and the rotation of the bracket.
