A control method for a light therapy device, including steps of: set a light dose range (1-4J/cm) required by an illuminated portion under a skin surface; calculate an appropriate intensity range outputted by a light source based on the set light dose, an illuminated time, and a proportion of light beam shape variation between the light source and the skin surface; build a corresponding relation between the appropriate intensity range and an ideal illumination range for the skin surface; measure an illumination of the skin surface, and monitor an output light intensity of the light source based on the illumination, ensuring that a light intensity outputted by the light source is a set ideal light intensity whereby, a light dose transmitted from the light therapy device to the illuminated portion could be kept in the set light dose by simply controlling the illumination to be within the set illumination range.

Control method for light therapy device

A digital reading device with cosmetic function includes a base plate, a lighting panel, a driving unit and a transparent touch panel. The base plate includes a plurality of black units. The lighting panel is disposed on the base plate and includes as plurality of lighting units for emitting a green light. The driving unit is electrically connected to the lighting panel and the base plate, wherein the driving unit is for turning on or turning off each of the lighting units respectively. The transparent touch panel is disposed on the lighting panel for displaying a message composed of the black units. The message may also be white-colored on a green background color with various saturation levels whenever the lighting panel includes a plurality of displaying units, and each of the displaying units consists of two lighting units with complimentary colors.

A light emitting diode-based skin cosmetic device includes a first light emitting panel, a second light emitting panel, a first narrow band filter, a second narrow band filter and an optical window. The first light emitting panel is connected with the second light emitting panel at one side and an angle is formed between the first light emitting panel and the second light emitting panel. Two sides of the optical windows are connected with the first light emitting panel and the second light emitting panel together to form a triangle structure and the angle is faced toward the optical windows. The first and second narrow band filter is disposed on one surface of the first light to emitting panel and one surface of the second light emitting panel respectively.

A day/night switchable light adjusting device and light adjusting method thereof are provided. The day/night switchable light adjusting device is composed of a plurality of panels; each panel includes a reflecting surface and at least one lighting unit. Each lighting unit can emit various wavelength region lights, and the various wavelength lights are mixed on a light collecting component. A control unit is provided for adjusting the various wavelength region lights corresponding to day/night variation. A light intensity of a cyan region light or a blue region light is reduced for preventing an over-inhibition on a quantity of Melatonin.

An organic light emitting device includes, a first organic light emitting diode unit, a second light emitting diode unit, and an optical component. The first organic light emitting diode unit is connected with the second organic light emitting diode unit, and an internal angle is formed between the two organic light emitting diode units. The first organic light emitting diode unit, the second organic light emitting diode unit, and the optical component are connected together to form a triangle structure. A first light emitting region of the first organic light emitting diode unit and a second light emitting region of the second organic light emitting diode unit are overlapped on the optical component and forming a third light emitting region. A uniform light can be obtained by adjusting the first organic light emitting diode unit and the second organic light emitting diode unit respectively.

Organic light emitting device and light adjusting method thereof

A light emitting device having an anti-reflective member. The light emitting device includes an anti-reflective member including a reflective layer and a first electrode; a second electrode; and a light emitting layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode of the present invention has both electrode and anti-reflective functions. Ambient light is reflected by the first electrode to obtain a first reflected light and reflected by the reflective layer to obtain a second reflected light. The first reflected light and the second reflected light have phase difference; thus, the reflection of ambient light is reduced.

Electroluminescent device having anti-reflective member

An organic light-emitting display having an anti-reflective and inert cathode is provided. The cathode is made of a diamond-like carbon material to reduce ambient light reflection and increase contrast. The diamond-like carbon material is an opaque and inert material, so the cathode is anti-reflective and inert.

A method is to form a thin film light emitting device. The method includes providing a transparent substrate. A transparent anode layer, a light emitting layer, a metal cathode layer are sequentially formed on the transparent substrate. A sealant layer is formed to at least cover the light emitting layer and the metal cathode layer. A covering layer having a covering surface is provided. An evaporation process is performed to form an active absorption layer on the covering surface of the covering layer. The covering surface of the covering layer covers on a portion of the sealant layer above the metal cathode layer. The covering layer can have a recess region that is to be formed the active absorption layer thereon. Alternatively, the active absorption layer can be evaporated before the sealant is formed. Moreover, the active absorption layer can be replaced with an insulating layer.

Method for forming a thin film light emitting device

A packaging method of electro-luminescence devices. By controlling the moisture and oxygen in an environment, a glass substrate with electro-luminescence devices and a glass covering plate corresponding thereto are provided. A frame glues with an opening is applied on each frame on the glass plate that corresponds to each electro-luminescence device on the substrate. The glass plate is laminated with the glass substrate via the frame glues. The glass substrate is cut into individual package including an electro-luminescence device enclosed by a part of the glass substrate, a part of the glass plate and the frame glue except that a side thereof is exposed to the environment via the opening. Each of the packages is disposed in a vacuum cavity with the opening facing the packaging material in a glue tub in the vacuum cavity. The pressure of the vacuum is raised up to a certain value to have the packaging material filling the cavity containing the electro-luminescence in the package. The packaging material is then cured.

Packaging method of electroluminescence devices

The present invention provides a lead frame material and a process for manufacturing a lead frame material. The process includes forming an intermediate layer on a lead frame substrate by vacuum deposition and forming a top protective layer on the intermediate layer by vacuum deposition. By using vacuum deposition, the coating material can be selected from a wider variety of materials; thus, coatings with novel compositions can be formed. The intermediate layer can be Ni, Ag, W, Zn, Cr, Mo, Cu, Sn, Al, Ta, Co, Nb, or alloys thereof, and the top protective layer can be Pt, Ir, Re, Ru, Rh, Pd, Au, Ag, or alloys thereof.

Lead frame material and process for manufacturing the same

An encapsulation method of organic electroluminscence device is provided. An organic electroluminescent device is formed on an indium-tin-oxide glass substrate. A metal electrode is formed on the organic electroluminescent device. The organic electroluminescent device is encapsulated by a nitride layer or a carbide layer formed by using segmental sputtering at a low temperature. The substrate is soldered on a metal plate and covered by a metal cap.

Encapsulation method of an organic electroluminescent device

A method for fabricating a full-color organic electro-luminescent device starts with forming an indium tin oxide (ITO) layer on a glass substrate, and then forming a blue-light emitting layer on the ITO layer. By irradiating predetermined portions of the blue-light emitting layer with certain light sources, pixels that emit different light colors are formed on the irradiated portions of the blue-light emitting layer. An electrode layer is then formed on the corresponding pixels, wherein the electrode layer is further covered by a protection layer. During the operation of the full-color OEL device of the invention, a driving voltage is applied on the ITO layer, the anode, and the electrode layer, the cathode.
