A speaker includes a frame, a diaphragm, a cover, a magnetic device, and a voice coil. The cover and the diaphragm are both disposed on a first side of the frame, and the cover covers the diaphragm. The magnet device is disposed on a second side of the frame. The voice coil is disposed on the magnetic loop generated by the magnetic device and integrated with the diaphragm. The magnetic device includes a yoke, a magnet, and a pole piece. The yoke includes a protrusion by bending for the magnet and the pole piece to be mounted upon.

Speaker, yoke thereof and method for manufacturing yoke

A loud speaker includes a circuit board and a base. The circuit board includes a plurality of contacts on a side thereof. The base is formed of plastic material by injection molding. The base includes an insertion groove in an end thereof. The circuit board is embedded in the insertion groove. The base further includes a plurality of grooves in communication with the insertion groove. The grooves are respectively aligned with the contacts of the circuit board. The circuit board is placed in a mold for forming the base and the circuit board is embedded in the base after formation of the base by injection molding.

A receiver includes a rear yoke inside a housing, a first acoustic paper bonded to an annular base of the rear yoke to block a rear open side of a tubular body of the rear yoke, an annular magnet supported on the annular base around the tubular body, a front yoke disposed at a front side of the magnet, a vibration diaphragm stretched in front of the yokes, a voice coil suspended in an annular space between the yokes, a tubular cushion fitted into the tubular body of the rear yoke, and an annular cushion (or annular step) set between the magnet and the tubular body, and a second acoustic paper covering an air hole at a rear side of the housing.

Receiver housing with frequency response improvement

A dual magnetic loop type receiver is composed of a yoke molding, a ferrite yoke, an annular magnet, a magnetic pole member, a vibration panel, a ferrite core, and a circular plate. While the receiver is operated, the annular magnet and the ferrite core and the ferrite yoke cause the receiver to produce an inner magnetic loop that interacts with the inner voice coil, and an outer magnetic loop that interacts with the outer voice coil such that the receiver generates vibration and sound.
