A display device having a bankless structure may comprises: a substrate on which pixels including an emission area and a non-emission area are disposed; a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate, and including a lower electrode of a storage capacitor; an active layer formed on the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer formed on the active layer, and including electrodes of at least one transistor, and an upper electrode of the storage capacitor which is formed in a single pattern with at least one of the electrodes of the at least one transistor; an overcoat layer covering the second conductive layer; and a light-emitting element may be disposed on the overcoat layer, and connected to the upper electrode of the storage capacitor through a via hole, wherein the via hole does not overlap the at least one transistor, when viewed from above.

A display device includes: a substrate on which circuit elements constituting a pixel are arranged; a repair pattern arranged overlying the substrate; a buffer layer covering the repair pattern; an active layer arranged overlying the buffer layer; a conductive layer which is arranged overlying the active layer and on which electrodes of the circuit elements are arranged; an overcoat layer covering the conductive layer, and a light emitting element arranged overlying the overcoat layer. The repair pattern is arranged in such a manner that one region thereof overlaps the active layer.

A light emitting display panel includes a first emission area, a second emission area, and a third emission area spaced apart from each other and emitting different colors of light and a photochromic layer surrounding each of the first, second, and third emission areas and disposed in a non-emission area. A display device includes a substrate where a pixel is placed, and including an emission area and a wire area adjacent to the emission area; at least one wire formed on the substrate in the wire area; multiple insulation layers formed on the at least one wire; an anode electrode formed on the multiple insulation layers in the emission area; an emission layer formed on the anode electrode, and covering the anode electrode; and a cathode electrode formed on the emission layer, wherein the at least one wire formed on the substrate applies a signal to the pixel, the multiple insulation layers cover the at least one wire, and at least one of the multiple insulation layers is formed in a region of the substrate except at least one region or all regions of the emission area.
