Disclosed is a method for preventing a disclosure of an identity of a subscriber A to a subscriber B in a communication session including a voice call connection and a multimedia data sharing session. In the method it is performed, by a server, at least one operation for preventing the disclosure of the identity of the subscriber A in a context of an establishment of a voice call connection, and in response to a receipt of a request to share multimedia data from one of the communicating parties, it is established the multimedia data sharing session between the subscriber A and the subscriber B by indicating to the subscriber B that the server is another party of the multimedia data sharing session. Also disclosed is a server and a computer program product.

Management of subscriber identity in service provision

Disclosed is a method for providing information with a voice message to a subscriber A in response to a receipt of call connection attempt in a terminal device of a subscriber B, the method includes: detecting the call connection attempt from the subscriber A in the terminal device of the subscriber B; generating a message including data carrying a dedicated voice message to the subscriber A; outputting the generated message to the subscriber A. Also disclosed is relates to a system implementing the method and a computer program product.

Management of call connection attempt

A solution according to the invention relates to a method for determining a communication channel for providing content data in a context of call setup from a subscriber A to a subscriber B. In the method a capability of the subscriber B to support a specific communication framework is determined and in response to a detection that the subscriber B supports the predetermined communication framework triggering a transmission of the content data over the specific communication framework. Otherwise, the content data is transmitted to the subscriber B over a communication network into which the subscriber B is connected to. The invention also relates to a user equipment, a computer program product and a system.

Provision of content data to callee

A server, a system, a computer program product, and a method for generating information relating to a subscriber B with respect to a call connection attempt from a subscriber A to the subscriber B by a server. The method including steps of receiving event data; determining when the event data comprises an event representing a busy state; determining when the previous event represents a call ringing state; generating an indication that the call connection attempt is rejected by the subscriber B; and in response to a determination that the previous event does not represent the call ringing state, generating an indication that the call connection attempt did not reach the subscriber B.

Generation of information based on event data of a call

Disclosed is a method for providing information relating to a subscriber A in a call connection establishment initiated by the subscriber A to a subscriber B. The method includes the steps of: receiving a call connection in a connection control unit; initiating a query to a server; obtaining information relating to the subscriber A from a database; and providing the obtained information relating to the subscriber A to the subscriber B. Also disclosed is a system and a server implementing at least some steps of the method.

Provision of caller information

The invention relates to a method for establishing a circuit switched call between a first electronic device and a second electronic device over a circuit switched communication system, exchanging of capabilities of the first electronic device and the second electronic device, establishing a media component between the first electronic device and the second electronic device over a packet switched communication system. In the method also radio access network information is obtained to the first electronic device. The first electronic device requests an in-band signal to the second electronic device for indicating an availability of a type of the media component. The second electronic device detects the in-band signal in the second electronic device and indicates the availability of the type of the media component on a user interface of the second electronic device.
