The electronic actuator of an electronic padlock according to the invention is arranged to turn the cam piece () to release the latch parts () from a locking state and to turn the cam piece () to hold the latch parts () in the locking state. The cam piece () comprises a cover part (A) and a shaft part (B). The cover part has a central hole () for the shaft part. The shaft part (B) has a shaft pin (), which is set into the central hole (). The shaft part also has a connecting part, which is arranged to be in contact with the electronic actuator. The cam piece further comprises a spring () which is between the shaft pin () and the cover part (A). The spring comprises a first end (A) and a second end (B). The first endA is arranged to be in contact with the cover partA. The second endB is arranged to be in contact with the shaft partB. The spring is arranged to transmit turning force of the electronic actuator from the shaft pinto the cover partA in the direction of said locking state.

Electronic padlock

The door lock according to the invention comprises a lock body, a bolt, a follower, a driver on both sides of the follower, and a latch solution to connect at least one of the drivers in force transmission connection and out of force transmission connection with the follower. The door lock further comprises a baffle plate between the follower and the driver at least on one side of the follower. The baffle plate comprises at least one support surface, which is set against the lock body or against a part which is connected to the lock body in a fixed manner. The baffle plate can thus not be rotated in relation to the lock body. A baffle plate which cannot be rotated prevents turning force from being transmitted from the driver to the follower.

Door lock

The parts forming the force transmission connection from the spindle shaft of the handle of the lock body to the bolt include a spring, which is also arranged to transfer force. The spring is used to eliminate the protrusion of the bolt caused by tolerance variations, when the handle installed into the lock body is turned to its extreme position to open the door.

Lock body

The invention relates to a lock body having an electric motor. The electric motor is arranged to guide the forming and removing of a force transmission connection between the parts to be arranged in the force transmission connection to transfer force or to impede force transfer. If formation of the force transmission connection is not achieved, the construction of the invention is such that the use of one spring enables the pushing of the piston connected to the electric motor both outwards and inwards.

The lock of the passive door blade of a double door according to the invention comprises a lock body (), a latch () and a control wedge (). The control wedge is arranged to linearly move to a position extended out from the lock and to a position retracted inside the lock. The lock additionally comprises a lever (), a leading shaft () and a spring system (). The lever () is rotatably attached () to the control wedge () by its first end and rotatably attached () to the leading shaft () by its second end. The leading shaft () is additionally rotatably attached () to the lock body () and the leading shaft comprises a control cam () being in connection with the latch (). The lever () and the leading shaft () are arranged to transfer the force of the spring system () to the control wedge () so that the force parallel with the linear movement of the control wedge is at its largest in the extended position of the control wedge and at its smallest when the control wedge is in the retracted position inside the lock.

Lower lock of the passive door blade of a double door

The invention comprises a lock body () and two pull bars (). The arrangement further an installation frame () for the lock body (), attachment ends () in the ends facing the lock body () of the pull bars () and an attachment part () in the lock body (). The installation frame () is provided with attachment arrangements () for fastening the installation frame to the passive door blade as well as with support parts () for the attachment ends () of the pull bars. The attachment parts () are arranged movably in the height direction of the lock body () and the attachment parts comprise mating surfaces () for the attachment ends ().

Locking system of the passive door blade of a double door

A door lock includes a latch bolt and an auxiliary bolt. A stop member is supported by the auxiliary bolt and is movable relative to the auxiliary bolt between a position in which it prevents a guide element moving to a position providing deadlocking of the latch bolt, while the auxiliary bolt is in a protruding position, and a position in which it allows the guide element to move to a position providing the deadlocking of the latch bolt. The stop member allows the guide element to move to the position providing deadlocking of the latch bolt only in case both the auxiliary bolt and the latch bolt are first moved to retracted positions.

A door lock with controllable handle operation including a bolt (), a follower () for moving the bolt and an operation axis (), on both ends of which an actuator can be installed for operating the follower (), whereby force transmission from either side of the lock to the follower () is established by means of movable coupling members (), which are controlled by a solenoid arrangement () or the like, and in which the follower () is provided with two separate torsion units () installed on the operation axis () on different sides of the follower () and turnably secured thereto, which units can be connected to force transmission with the follower () by utilising said coupling members (). The door lock comprises a selecting member () movable from one lock side to the other, which member retains the torsion unit () selected in each case to be unturnable with respect to the follower (), so that force transmission from the operation axis () to the follower () is connected on that particular side of the lock, and on the other side of the lock, force transmission from the operation axis () to the follower () can be selectively either connected or disconnected by means of said coupling members () under the control of the solenoid arrangement ().

Door lock with controllable handle operation

An installation arrangement for a solenoid controlled handle operation in a door lock in which force transmission from an operation axis for a handle or the like to a follower acting on a bolt of the lock is arranged by means of a movable coupling member, which receives its guidance from a solenoid arrangement. The follower is provided with two separate torsion units which are installed on the operation axis on different sides of the follower and are turnably supported to it and which can be selectively coupled by means of said coupling member to be in force transmission connection with the follower.

Installation arrangement for controlling handle operation in a door lock and a door lock provided with an installation arrangement of this kind

A lock casing comprises a case-like lock housing and a follower unit which is releasably fastened to the lock housing at an adjustable distance from the front plate of the lock casing. The follower unit includes a follower element which is turnable in the follower unit about an operating axis and is accessible from at least one side of the door for turning by means of a key operated locking mechanism. Force transmitting elements provide a force transmitting connection between the follower element and the bolt of the lock casing.
