Sensor arrangement and method for monitoring a person with a sensor arrangement, which includes measuring electronics and a sensor structure that can be fitted onto a base. The sensor structure includes at least one sensor, and the arrangement determines, by the data measured by the measuring electronics and the sensor, a change in the moisture of the base and the presence of a person on the base.

A planar sensor having a conductor pattern for electric field sensing and its manufacturing method, the planar sensor comprising arrays of planar electrically conductive sensor areas () arranged to follow each other in a successive manner along the longitudinal direction, and conductors connecting electrically conductive sensor area to at least one connector, wherein the sensor further comprises a first elastic flooring layer () and at least one of the following: a second elastic flooring layer () or a flexible circuit board, and the electrically conductive sensor areas () and the conductors are attached between the first elastic flooring layer () and the second elastic flooring layer () or between the first elastic flooring layer () and the flexible circuit board to form a unitary floor sensor structure.

Planar sensor and its manufacturing method

The system according to the invention interprets sensor observations by tracking objects and by collecting information about the objects by means of the tracking and by using this information for affirming events linked to the objects and in producing information describing the events. The system detects events according the conditions defined for them, on the basis of sensor observations. The conditions can relate to the essence of the objects, e.g. to the strength of the observations linked to the object, to the size and/or shape of the object, to a temporal change of essence and to movement. The event conditions used by the system can comprise conditions applying to the location of the object. The system according to the invention can be used e.g. for detecting the falling, the getting out of bed, the arrival in a space or the exit from it of a person by tracking an object with a dense sensor field, and for producing event information about the treatment or safety of the person for delivering to the person providing care.

Method and system for detecting events

The invention relates to method and system for using PKCS and especially PKCS#10 registration standard on a mobile environment and in particularly in a WPKI (Wireless PKI) environment comprising a registration server and a client provided with a key pair is provided only with a part of the certificate request info defined on the PKCS registration standard. A PKCS registration structure is formed by the client of said part of the certificate request info and the public key to be registered, after which a verifying code is determined using at least part of said formed PKCS registration structure. Finally said verifying code and the public key are delivered to the registration server advantageously without delivering said part of the certificate request info received at first by the client.
