In a plug connection for the direct electrical contacting of contact surfaces on a circuit board, having a plug receptacle associated with the circuit board, into which the circuit board extends, having a plug pluggable into the plug receptacle, which has a contact carrier having contact elements for the direct electrical contacting of the contact surfaces of the circuit board, and having a contact pressure spring device for pressing the contact elements of the contact carrier against the contact surfaces of the circuit board, the contact pressure spring device is provided in the plug receptacle.

In a direct contact plug-in connection having a circuit board, which has contact surfaces on its one side, and having a direct contact plug that is plug-connectible to the circuit board, which has contact elements for the electrical direct contacting of the contact surfaces of the circuit board, the contact surfaces are provided on a circuit board section that runs transversely to the plugging direction of the plug connection, the contact elements each contacting the contact surfaces, using their front end face, in the plugging direction.

An electrical circuitry has a base element, a printed circuit board and a fastening apparatus for fastening the printed circuit board to the base element. The fastening apparatus retains the printed circuit board by virtue of the base element being present on a top side and underside of the printed circuit board. In this case, the base element acts upon the top side and underside of the printed circuit board at application points which are opposite one another at an offset with respect to one another while elastically deforming the printed circuit board.

A device and a method for bidirectional single-wire data transmission of data information between an electronic control unit and at least one peripheral unit. A predefined constant voltage and/or a predefined constant current is applied to a driver device of the electronic control unit to produce voltage-coded and/or current-coded information. The voltage-coded and/or current-coded information is transmitted from the driver device of the electronic control unit to a driver deviceof the peripheral unit via a single-wire line. At least the driver logic of the driver device and/or the communication logic of the peripheral unit are triggered and powered through the current flow. Information occurring on the peripheral unit is current-coded and/or voltage coded due to the triggering thereof. The current-coded and/or voltage-coded information are uploaded from the driver device of the peripheral unit to the driver device of the electronic control unit during the triggering of the peripheral unit via the same single-wire line.

Method and device for bidirectional single-wire data transmission

A device and a method are described for bidirectional single-wire data transmission of information between a control unit and at least one peripheral unit, having the following steps: generating a first current flow from the control unit to the peripheral unit during first time slots via a single-wire line to transmit voltage-coded or current-coded information from the control unit to the peripheral unit; and/or generating a second current flow from the peripheral unit to the control unit during second time slots via the single-wire line to upload voltage-coded or current-coded information from the peripheral unit to the control unit; the first and second time slots being implemented so they do not mutually overlap; and/or generating, in the first and/or second time slots, additional information to be transmitted and/or uploaded, which is transmitted as digital or analog signals by modulating the current or the voltage of the single-wire line and is analyzed in the control unit or the peripheral unit.

A fuel injector for the direct injection of fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine includes a valve needle situated in a nozzle body, the valve needle being actuable by an actuator and acted upon by a restoring spring in such a manner that a valve-closure member which is in operative connection to the valve needle and faces the combustion chamber is kept in sealing contact with a valve-seat surface in the non-actuated state of the actuator. A first jet-opening angle &#x3b1;is assigned to a first lift state of the valve needle and a second jet-opening angle &#x3b1;to a second lift state of the valve needle.

Fuel injection valve

A fuel injector, in particular a fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines, including a piezoelectric or magnetostrictive actuator, actuates a valve-closure member formed on a valve needle via a hydraulic coupler, the valve-closure member cooperating with a valve-seat surface to form a valve-sealing seat. The coupler includes a master piston and a slave piston which are connected to a pressure chamber, and at least one coupler-spring element which in each instance produces a prestressing force on the master piston, counter to a working direction, and on the slave piston, in a working direction. The pressure chamber of the coupler is connected to a fuel inflow in the flow-through direction to the pressure chamber via an inflow bore and a check valve.

A fuel injector for the direct injection of fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine includes a piezoelectric or magnetostrictive actuator, a hydraulic coupler, the hydraulic coupler having a master piston and a slave piston that are connected to a pressure chamber, and the pressure chamber being filled with an hydraulic fluid. The pressure chamber is sealed from an actuator chamber by a first seal and from a valve interior chamber by a second seal.

A fuel injector (), in particular a fuel injector () for fuel injection systems, includes a first solenoid () cooperating with an armature (), a second solenoid () cooperating with the armature (), and a valve needle () friction-locked to the armature () for actuating a valve closing body, a force being exertable on the armature () in a closing direction using the first solenoid () and in an opening direction using the second solenoid ().

Fuel injection valve and method for operating the same

A fuel injector is described, in particular an injector for fuel injection systems in internal combustion engines, that includes a valve needle having a valve-closure member which cooperates with a valve-seat surface arranged in valve-seat member to form a sealing seat and which has several injection orifices which are arranged downstream from the sealing seat, and are sealed by sealing seat against a fuel supply. A disk element is arranged downstream from the sealing seat, the disk element having at least one valve section, which changes its shape when the temperature changes. Valve section is connected to a heating element and optionally covers an injection orifice.

A fuel injector for fuel injection systems in internal combustion engines, including an actuator, a valve needle operable by the actuator for operating a valve-closure member, which, together with a valve-seat surface forms a sealing seat and a swirl device including at least one swirl channel, through which fuel flows with a tangential component relative to a longitudinal axis of the fuel injector. The axial position of a plunger element determines a cross-section of at least one bypass channel that bypasses the at least one swirl channel without a tangential component.

A fuel injector for fuel injection system of an internal combustion engine includes a solenoid coil, an armature acted upon in a closing direction by a return spring, and a valve-closure member frictionally connected to the armature. The valve-closure member, together with a valve-seat surface, forms a sealing seat, the armature striking with an armature stop face against a magnetic-pole surface of a magnet body. The armature stop face includes a first annular, inner edge zone that adjoins an inner edge and is inclined inwardly with respect to a plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the armature, and has a second annular, outside edge zone that adjoins an outer edge and is inclined outwardly with respect to a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the armature.

Method and device for separating a fine-grained solid material into a fines fraction and a coarse fraction at a cut point size of below 50 .mu.m, preferably below approx. 10 .mu.m. The fine-grained solid is dispersed in a liquid capable of forming drops and this dispersion is forced into a defined sink flow with a superimposed rotational flow that is generated independently from the jink flow. The relationship between the two rates, namely the sink flow rate and the rotational flow rate, is dictated by the cut point size. The device includes a deflector wheel which has a direction of flow from the outside to the inside, and vanes are fitted in the wheel parallel to its rotational axis to form flow channels, whereby the feed dispersion is charged to the deflector wheel at its outer periphery.

An agitator ball mill for processing free-flowing products features a horizontally split housing (2a, 2b) as a grinding bin in which a disc-shaped agitator (1) is arranged to rotate. The product enters the grinding product inlet (17) and flows through an upper disc-shaped grinding chamber (8a), an outside deflection zone (10), and a lower disc-shaped grinding chamber (8b). At the lower grinding chamber (8b), a deflection zone (11) arranged radially to the inside is connected in which the product containing the grinding pearls is deflected to the upper grinding chamber (8a). In the area between the deflection zone (11) and the upper grinding chamber (8a), a branch channel (13) branches off radially to the inside to the separation zone (14), along which a partial stream of product flows to this separation zone (14) whereas a second partial product stream together with the grinding pearls enters the upper grinding chamber (8a).
