An arrangement for the sterile, aseptic production and/or filling of pharmaceutical products contains a housing which, with the exception of an inlet and an outlet with a clearly defined cross-section, is closed in an airtight manner. Through the air inlet air is forced via a filter into the interior of the housing. The air passes out of the housing through the air outlet or channels. The size of the cross-section of the air outlet and the performance of the ventilating device are matched in such a way that within the interior of the housing there is a laminar unidirectional or combined airflow and a constant overpressure with respect to the pressure outside the housing.

Sterile filling arrangement

In the case of nested containers to be filled by a filling station, a gripping device grasps an entire row of empty containers and conveys it to a weighing station, where the containers are weighed. Following weighing, all containers of the row are simultaneously filled and then reweighed. The containers are then reinserted into the nest and sealed, without being refilled, which allows checking the operation of the filling station without wasting product.

Method and device for controlled filling

In a method and a device for filling needle-free injectors, it is proposed that filling takes place through the injector discharge opening and where the piston stopper has been previously inserted. Filling takes place in such a way that, independently of tolerances of the injector, the interior space is filled to the brim in an at least approximately bubble-free manner. It is not absolutely necessary to measure or dose the liquid to be filled. The filled state is either established through the disappearance of the vacuum in the interior space, or through the piston having reached a specific position during displacement.

Method and device for filling needle-free injectors

An apparatus for forming stacks of individual articles, particularly diapers, contains a supply mechanism, which transfers the diapers successively and tangentially to a transfer device. The transfer device contains a plurality of revolving, tangentially positioned receptacles, which individually receive the articles. At a sequencing station the articles are then radially slid out of the receptacles, so that with a low impact speed and without spacing they form a stack.
