An electronically slip-controllable vehicle brake system includes a human-powered master brake cylinder, a pressure generator, an electronically actuatable valve device, a wheel brake, and an electronically actuatable actuator. The wheel brake is connected to the master cylinder and the pressure generator. The pressure generator is drivable via an external force and is configured to supply pressurized brake fluid to the wheel brake. The valve device is configured to control pressure medium connections from the master brake cylinder to the wheel brake and to a suction side of the pressure generator, and includes three pressure medium connections. The actuator is configured to switch the valve device between three different positions whereat the pressure medium connections are connected to or block from each other in different combinations.

The invention relates to a hydraulic piston pump, particularly for a slip-controllable vehicle braking system. A piston pump according to the invention includes a hydraulically permanently permeable stopper, the throughflow of which is carried out as a function of the pressure in an outflow channel of the piston pump. A pressure medium flow only takes place if the pressure level in the outflow channel has exceeded a threshold value. The latter takes place, for example, if the kinematic viscosity of the flowing pressure medium decreases due to low ambient temperatures, or if a throughflow of the outflow channel is obstructed. By means of the proposed solution, excess pressure increases in the interior of the piston pump can be avoided, and the resulting loads for the pressurized pump components and the drive can be reduced. Otherwise, the operating behavior of the piston pump according to the invention corresponds to that of a known piston pump.

Disclosed is a method for calibrating an annular-shaped body which is made of thermoplastic or at least partially crystalline plastic material, to an annular-shaped body which is produced according to the method, and to an oscillating object which is used in the method. Also disclosed is an oscillating object which is used to stimulate oscillations and which is introduced into an annular-shaped body by means of axial forward motion. Localized warming of the annular-shaped body is performed until the glass transition temperature of the material thereof is exceeded by localized contact of the oscillating object with the annular-shaped body. The invention relates to a hydraulic unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system having anti-skid control. The hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic block and an electric motor for driving hydraulic pumps inside the hydraulic block. The hydraulic block and electric motor are joined at a circumferential joint. For connection, the invention provides that the electric motor is provided with a radial flange, which is overlapped by a surrounding bead of the hydraulic block. The bead is designed so that it overlaps, in a radial inward manner, the radial flange of the electric motor by a joining process, for example, a surrounding caulking. The electric motor is sealingly connected to the hydraulic block in a simple manner by the surrounding joining process.

The invention relates to a piston pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle brake system. To make a piston of the piston pump easy and inexpensive to manufacture, the invention proposes that the piston be comprised of a sleeve-like shaped part and a valve seat part that is made of plastic and is press-fitted into the shaped part. A high-pressure-side sealing lip is formed onto the valve seat part and is of one piece with it. By means of a tubular support body, a restoring spring is supported on the valve seat part spaced apart from a valve seat of the valve seat part and spaced apart from the sealing lip, which prevents the valve seat and the sealing lip from being impaired by the force of the restoring spring.
