An elastic joint body for a shaft arrangement for the articulated connection of two shaft sections. The elastic joint body includes bushings and a thread packet situated in a pulling segment and a thread packet situated in a pushing segment, each thread packet having a predetermined axial extension. Further, the elastic joint body includes a support device for guiding the thread packets, which has a plurality of collar elements. The collar elements including a collar element having at least two sections extending in the radial direction. In addition, the elastic joint body includes elastic casing in which the thread packets and the support device are at least partially embedded. The ratio uof the sum of the axial extension of the thread packets to the connection diameter is 0.05&#x2264;u&#x2264;0.35.

Elastic joint body

An elastic joint body for a shaft arrangement for connecting two shaft portions in an articulated manner includes a plurality of bushings, a primary loop bundle, a support device, and an elastomeric casing. The primary loop bundle loops a bushing pair consisting of two adjacent bushings. The bushing pair being loadable in tension in the event of a torque transfer via the shaft portions. The support device is arranged on at least one bushing for axially guiding the primary loop bundle. The loop bundle, the support devices, and the bushings are at least partly embedded into the elastomeric casing. The adjacent bushings of at least some of the bushing pairs are connected to each other in a force-transmitting manner via at least one additional loop bundle, the at least one additional bundle being arranged in the elastomeric casing in a region in which none of the primary loop bundles extend.

An elastic joint body for a shaft arrangement for the articulated connection of two shaft sections, comprising a plurality of bushes () disposed in circumferential direction at predetermined angular distances in relation to a center line of the joint body, a plurality of loop assemblies (), wherein each loop assembly () is looped around in each case two adjacent bushes () and at least two loop assemblies () are looped around each bush (), a support device () that is disposed for axially guiding the plurality of loop assemblies () on at least one of the bushes, and a rubber-elastic sheath, into which the loop assemblies (), the support device () and the bushes () are at least partially embedded. According to the invention it is provided that the support device () comprises two axially outer shoulder elements (), which may be fitted on one of the bushes () and against which at least two of the loop assemblies () to be guided are positioned, wherein between said assembly loops () at least one axially inner intermediate disk () is disposed on one of the bushes () and is disposed at an angle obliquely relative to the center line (M) of the bush ().
