The present invention relates to a electrical energy storage device for an electrical appliance, which electrical energy storage device includes a housing, which housing defines a receiving space in which at least one electrical energy store is received, which electrical energy storage device includes at least two electrically conductive contacts which are accessible from an outer side of the housing and which are electrically operatively connected directly or indirectly to the at least one electrical energy store, wherein the housing has at least one contact opening, through which the at least two contacts are accessible or protrude from the housing, and wherein the at least one contact opening is surrounded by a continuous sealing element.

A high-pressure cleaning apparatus including a high-pressure pump that includes a suction chamber, at least one pump chamber in which liquid is pressurized, and a pressure chamber arranged downstream of the pump chamber is disclosed. The high-pressure pump includes a return line via which the pressure chamber is in flow communication with the suction chamber, and a valve unit by which a free cross-sectional area of the return line is changeable. The high-pressure cleaning apparatus also includes a drive unit associated with the valve unit, a control unit coupled to the drive unit and a pressure sensor coupled to the control unit for detecting liquid pressure on the pressure side of the pump chamber. Depending on the signal of the pressure sensor, the liquid pressure can be controllable to a predetermined or predeterminable liquid pressure by changing of the free cross-sectional area of the return line.

High-pressure cleaning apparatus

A motor pump unit for a high-pressure cleaning appliance is provided, in which the cleaning liquid conveyed by the pump assembly is used for cooling the motor, comprising a motor housing which surrounds the motor, and a cooling channel which surrounds the motor and through which the cleaning liquid can flow for heat dissipation. To provide a motor pump unit having a level of electrical safety which is higher than that of a conventional motor pump unit, the cooling channel surround the motor housing, and the motor pump unit comprise at least one thermally conductive spacer element by way of which the cooling channel is spaced from the motor housing. A swash-plate-end bearing for the motor shaft in a high pressure cleaning appliance which includes a motor and a reciprocating pump driven thereby, wherein the pistons of said pump rest resiliently on a swash plate driven by the motor whose shaft is rotatably mounted at each end whilst being connected at one end in non-rotatable manner to the swash plate, and which also includes at the swash plate end, a roller bearing having two concentric bearing rings, whereby the outer bearing ring is held in an end plate of the motor whilst the inner bearing ring surrounds the motor shaft, in such a manner as to simplify the operation of assembling the motor shaft and the bearing and to make it as independent as possible from unavoidable manufacturing tolerances, it is proposed that the inner bearing ring should surround the motor shaft in floating manner.

Bearing arrangement for a swash plate pump

In order to so construct a high-pressure cleaning apparatus with a motor pump unit, in which a high-pressure pump is arranged so as to adjoin a motor in the direction of the motor shaft of the motor, and with a hose drum for a high-pressure hose which connects the pressure outlet of the high-pressure pump to a liquid dispensing device, that a favorable arrangement of the hose drum is possible with a particularly simple structure, it is proposed that the axis of rotation of the hose drum extend transversely to the direction of the motor shaft and be arranged in the area of the high-pressure pump, and that the hose drum be arranged at the side of and next to the motor pump unit.
