A method is provided for producing a body part of a vehicle. The method includes, but is not limited to providing a first profile part with at least one first welding flange and with a first opening as well as a second profile part with at least one third welding flange. The welding flange is at least partially arranged on the third welding flange subject to the formation of an at least partially closed form of the body part. The first welding flange and the third welding flange are arranged within the at least partially closed form. A first laser beam is guided through the first opening onto the first welding flange subject to the formation of at least one first laser weld seam between the first welding flange and the third welding flange.

Method for producing a body part of a vehicle and body part of a vehicle

A rear floor module for a motor vehicle body is disclosed. The rear floor module includes an upwardly-projecting trough having a floor and a back wall in vehicle vertical direction (z) based on the installation position. The rear floor module is also provided with a fastening structure including at least one fastening point for arranging a motor vehicle component in the trough. Motor vehicle configuration-specific or drive-specific motor vehicle components are arranged in a preconfigured manner on the rear floor module with the fastening structure.

A rear floor module of a motor vehicle is provided that is arranged between two rear longitudinal beams of the vehicle body that essentially extend in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. A method for fastening an in particular tub-shaped floor panel to an in particular frame-like vehicle structure is provided. The method includes applying an adhesive to a contact surface of the floor panel and/or of the vehicle structure, and joining the floor panel and the vehicle structure. The method includes expanding and/or activating the adhesive by heating the joint vehicle structure-floor panel composite.
