An optical system is described, in particular for a LIDAR device, which includes a lens array having a multitude of microlenses and a lens system for deflecting beams out of a scanning area or into the scanning area, the lens system being situated in the beam path between the scanning area and the lens array, the system including at least one wedge array having a multitude of wedge elements situated upstream or downstream from the lens array in the radiation direction, a number of wedge elements equaling a number of microlenses. A LIDAR device is also described.

A laser scanner that includes a transmission path and a reception path that is spatially separate from the transmission path, at least in areas. In the laser scanner, the transmission path and the reception path meet on opposite sides of an angularly movable deflection mirror of the laser scanner. An angular position of the deflection mirror in the transmission path defines a scan angle of a laser light of the laser scanner, and the angular position in the reception path compensates for an incidence angle of a reflection of the laser light.

An optical scanning system is described, including a rotor that is set up to rotate about an axis of rotation during a scanning process, an optical lens that is situated on the rotor in such a way that the lens is situated on the axis of rotation, an optical transmit unit that is situated on the rotor and is set up to send out a scanning beam in the direction of an optical axis of the lens, and an optical receive unit that is situated on the rotor and includes a detector that is set up to receive a reflected scanning beam, the detector being situated such that the reflected scanning beam is focused onto the detector by the lens.

A LIDAR sensor for detecting an object in the surroundings, and to a method for activating a LIDAR sensor, the LIDAR sensor including at least one transmitting unit for emitting electromagnetic radiation, at least one receiving unit for receiving electromagnetic radiation which was reflected by the object, at least one refractive element, which is at least partially pervious to the electromagnetic radiation, and a rotating unit, which includes at least the at least one refractive element, the at least one transmitting unit and the at least one receiving unit. The core of the invention is that the at least one refractive element includes at least one optical lens and a beam splitter for splitting the electromagnetic radiation, two focal planes being present. The at least one transmitting unit and the at least one receiving unit are positioned in at least one focal plane of at least one refractive element.
