A Peltier element for a thermoelectric heat exchanger may include n-doped n-type semiconductors, p-doped p-type semiconductors, and a plate structure for electrically contacting the semiconductors. The plate structure may include first plate sections and second plate sections, which may be alternately arranged along an extension of the Peltier element. The first plate sections may form a first side of the Peltier element, and the second plate sections may form a second side of the Peltier element, the second side being spaced from the first side. The plate structure may further include a plurality of legs. Each leg may interconnect adjacent first and second plate sections and may extend inclined relative to the adjacent first and second plate sections. An n-type semiconductor and a p-type semiconductor may be alternately integrated in the legs along the plate structure.

Peltier-element

A thermoelectric device may include a plurality of electrically conductive first threads and a plurality of electrically insulating second threads structured and arranged to define a fabric. At least one first thread of the plurality of first threads may include a plurality of p-doped thread sections and a plurality of n-doped thread sections arranged in alternating relationship with one another. The plurality of first threads may extend in a wavy course defining a plurality of curvature-turning points. The plurality of p-doped thread sections and the plurality of n-doped thread sections may be arranged in a respective curvature-turning point of the plurality of curvature-turning points.

Thermoelectric device

A method for producing a Peltier element of a heat exchanger for temperature control of a fluid flowable through a flow chamber may include providing an electrically conductive belt. The method may also include providing the belt with a plurality of p-doped P-semiconductors and a plurality of n-doped N-semiconductors so as to alternate with one another along the belt. The plurality of p-doped P-semiconductors and the plurality of n-doped N-semiconductors respectively may have a side facing away from the flow chamber electrically contacted by a contacting structure that may include a plurality of contact elements. The method may also include separating the belt to produce a plurality of connecting elements of a connecting structure electrically contacting a side of the plurality of p-doped P-semiconductors and the plurality of n-doped N-semiconductors facing towards the flow chamber, respectively.

Thermoelectric heat exchanger

A cooling device for a battery of a motor vehicle may include a first cooling plate and a second cooling plate bonded to the first cooling plate. The second cooling plate may include at least one depression extending in a direction away from the first cooling plate. The depression may define at least one fluid duct for a coolant flow. A first side of the first cooling plate facing away from the second cooling plate may include at least one thermoelectric element. A first side of the second cooling plate facing towards the first cooling plate may include a plurality of turbulence-generating elements.

Cooling device, in particular for a battery of a motor vehicle

A temperature-control device for a battery of a motor vehicle may include a temperature-control plate including at least two rows of elements. Each of the at least two rows of elements may include at least two Peltier elements. Each Peltier element may include a first electric supply connection and a second electric supply connection for supplying each Peltier element with electrical energy. A first electric supply path may be disposed on the temperature-control plate and may define at least one of an open surround and a closed surround around the Peltier elements of the at least two rows of elements. At least one second electric supply path may be disposed on the temperature-control plate and may extend along a direction of extent with respect to an extent of the at least two rows of elements.

Temperature-control device, in particular for a battery of a motor vehicle

A thermoelectric temperature control unit having at least one first Peltier element, which includes a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface is disposed adjoining or opposite the second surface, wherein the first surface of the Peltier element is connected to a first cover plate and the second surface is connected to a second cover plate, wherein heat can be supplied at least via one of the cover plates and dissipated via the other cover plate, wherein at least one of the cover plates has a variable material thickness along one or both of the extension directions thereof, whereby at least one region having a maximal material thickness and one region having a minimal material thickness are formed.

Thermoelectric temperature control unit

A thermoelectric temperature control unit with a first Peltier element and a second Peltier element, each of which has a first surface and a second surface, whereby the first surface is arranged adjacent or opposite to the second surface, whereby the Peltier elements are each connected with the first surface to a first cover plate and are connected with the respective second surface to a second cover plate, whereby heat can be supplied at least via one of the cover plates and heat can be removed via the other cover plate, whereby the first and/or the second cover plate have an expansion joint and/or a spring structure.
