An energy transmission device for wirelessly transmitting electric energy includes a first capacitance device which has a first and a second capacitance element and a second capacitance device which has a third and a fourth capacitance element. The electric energy can be transmitted from the first capacitance element to the second capacitance element and from the third capacitance element to the fourth capacitance element by way of a capacitive coupling. The motor vehicle component is designed as a motor vehicle windshield, the first capacitance element and the third capacitance element are designed as a motor vehicle windshield guide of the motor vehicle, and the second capacitance element and the fourth capacitance element are formed on a motor vehicle windshield region of the motor vehicle windshield corresponding to the motor vehicle windshield guide.

A display device for the interior of a vehicle includes a display unit designed to optically display information, and a movement mechanism designed to transfer the display unit, controllably, between a non-usage position parallel to a roof liner of the vehicle and a usage position, swivelled away from the roof liner of the vehicle, and to retain the display unit, controllably, in the non-usage position and/or in the usage position. The movement mechanism is attached to the display unit: by first guide elements in order to define a swivel axis for swivelling the display unit at least between the non-usage position and the usage position; by second guide elements, each of which is or can be coupled to the display unit in a mechanical operative connection via a coupling lever of the display device; and by guide rails for attaching to the roof liner. The rails have a guide track for receiving the guide elements and for moving same therein along the guide track.

An illumination device for a motor vehicle includes one or more LED units having one or more LEDs, and a plate-shaped diffuser having a first and second delimiting surface, between which a light-diffusing material having a specified thickness is located. A face of the diffuser, which is provided between the first and second delimiting surfaces, forms the light emission surface of the illumination device that is visible to an observer. The LED unit or LED units are arranged adjacent to the first delimiting surface and, during operation, emit light toward the first delimiting surface, which enters the diffuser via the first delimiting surface. The diffuser is designed and arranged such that at least one part of the light of the LED unit or LED units entering via the first delimiting surface is directed in the diffuser to the light outlet surface and emerges there from the illumination device.

A lighting unit for a vehicle has a light source carrier with an arrangement of data lines. The lighting unit also has a plurality of light sources positioned on the light source carrier, each of which has an integrated control unit and which are interconnected via the arrangement of data lines in order to exchange data according to a predefined protocol. The rear face of the light source carrier has a plurality of cavities. The front face of the light source carrier is light-conductive, at least in the region of the cavities. The arrangement of data lines is on the rear face of the light source carrier and the line ends of the data lines lead up to or into the number of cavities. At least one light source is fitted into each of the plurality of cavities, such that each light emission surface is oriented towards the floor of the cavity and the light source is electrically contacted and held in the cavity by electrical and mechanical contact with the line ends of the data lines.

An illumination device for a motor vehicle includes one or more multi-color LED units which each have a settable color point and settable brightness, wherein each multi-color LED unit is an individual semiconductor component having multiple single-color LEDs of different colors and a microcontroller. The single-color LEDs and the microcontroller are surrounded by a housing of the semiconductor component. The microcontroller is designed to control each single-color LED of an associated multi-color LED unit depending on a current temperature value of the associated multi-color LED unit in such a way that a set color point and a set brightness are held constant during operation of the associated multi-color LED unit.

An apparatus and method for optically aligning output beams from multiple, individual, different-wavelength laser diodes. The output of a first laser diode is fed directly into the high-reflector of a laser diode, through the gain medium, and is output from an output coupler in each of a sequence of abutting laser diodes. The output from the last laser diode includes the individual beams from each laser diode in the same single optical axis, while retaining the original wavelengths.
