A method, system, and/or computer program product are described for generating a graphical user interface for providing information and controlling optically switchable windows connected by a network. Windows are graphically represented using interactive smart objects placed within views of the graphical user interface in a manner corresponding to their physical location. A method, system, and/or computer program product are described for associating network IDs of optically switchable windows with the locations at which the windows are installed. Window locations are determined by analyzing received wireless transmissions that are sent from transmitters associated with each of the optically switchable windows. The determined locations are then compared with a representation of the building that provides the window locations. Upon comparison, the network ID of each window, which is communicated through eh window transmissions, is associated with the appropriate window location on the representation of the building.

For instance, the system may comprise a host device that instantiates a kernel agent in response to one or more requests to access hardware memory, determines, by the kernel agent based on the received information, whether the request to access memory will cause access to a corrupt memory location, and skip an operation associated with the corrupt memory location in response to determining that the request will access a corrupt memory location. The systems may also include a system that detects software vulnerabilities to hardware memory errors.

Additionally, the system(s) may score the imaging device(s) based on visibility data associated with the imaging device(s). The system(s) may also determine occlusion data for image data generated by the imaging device(s). Using the scores and the occlusion data, the system(s) may then select image data that represents the area. The system(s) may then store the image data in one or more data stores, such as with the collection of images.

In some embodiments, the method comprises: identifying a target video stream and a reference video stream, wherein the target video stream and the reference video stream are two different broadcasts of a program; generating, for the target video stream, a sequence of fingerprints; determining a time shift at which the sequence of fingerprints appears within the reference video stream; determining whether the target video stream is synchronized with the reference video stream by determining whether the time shift exceeds a predetermined threshold; and, in response to determining that the target video stream is not synchronized with the reference video stream, causing an electronic programming guide that includes an indication of the target video stream to be modified based on the time shift.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, are described for scheduling tasks of ML workloads. A system receives requests to perform the workloads and determines, based on the requests, resource requirements to perform the workloads. The system includes multiple hosts and each host includes multiple accelerators. The system determines a quantity of hosts assigned to execute tasks of the workload based on the resource requirement and the accelerators for each host. For each host in the quantity of hosts, the system generates a task specification based on a memory access topology of the host. The specification specifies the task to be executed at the host using resources of the host that include the multiple accelerators. The system provides the task specifications to the hosts and performs the workloads when each host executes assigned tasks specified in the task specifications for the host.

Different sources of uncorrectable memory error are handled to provide for recovery actions by a host kernel of a machine hosting one or more virtual machines. Rather than defaulting to kernel panic behavior, the host kernel can identify the source of uncorrectable error, and cause the host machine and/or the affected virtual machines to take recovery action that is less disruptive than abrupt shutdown from panic. For example, the host kernel can handle uncorrectable memory error caused by kernel accesses to guest memory of a host virtual machine, as well as uncorrectable memory error improperly raised as a result of known defects in host machine hardware. The host kernel can also be configured to detect sources of overflow in exceptions raised by a processor as a result of uncorrectable memory error.
