Disclosed is a washable non-toxic body paint including core/shell toner particles having a size of from 4.0 μm to 30 μm, wherein the core comprises a colorant and the shell comprises a polyester resin. The body paint includes an alcohol-free medium of gelatin or glycerin. The body paint can be applied to a skin surface.

Compositions include polymer filaments compatible with fused filament fabrication, comprising: a thermoplastic polymer; and a bio-based additive admixed with the thermoplastic polymer in an effective amount to decrease total volatile organic compound (TVOC) emissions under additive manufacturing conditions, as determined by gas chromatography and measured relative to the thermoplastic polymer alone, by at least about 10% on a weight basis. Methods for forming a polymer filament compatible with fused filament fabrication may comprise: forming a melt blend comprising a thermoplastic polymer and a bio-based additive; and extruding the melt blend and cooling to form a polymer filament comprising the bio-based additive admixed with the thermoplastic polymer. According to various embodiments, a method of forming an image on a fabric and the resulting fabric is disclosed. The method includes providing a printable media including a carrier layer having a first surface comprising a first area and a second surface opposite the first surface. The method includes providing a fabric layer having a third surface and a fourth surface opposite the third surface, the third surface includes a second area. The fabric layer is secured to the carrier layer by the adhesive bonding a first portion of the fourth surface to the first surface. The method includes applying a toner to a first portion of the third surface of the fabric layer. The toner includes antimicrobial nanoparticles on an outer surface of the toner. The method includes fusing the toner to the first portion of the third surface of the fabric layer.

A method includes grinding a wax into wax particles having a size in a range from about 600 microns to about 800 microns forming a mixture of the wax particles with water and a surfactant; and homogenizing the mixture to form a wax dispersion, the homogenizing step is maintained below about 35&#xb0; C. A wax dispersion includes a wax a surfactant; and water, particles of the wax dispersion are a uniform, irregular, non-platelet morphology. A wax dispersion made by a process includes grinding a wax into wax particles having a size in a range from about 600 microns to about 800 microns, forming a mixture of the wax particles with water and a surfactant, and homogenizing the mixture to form a wax dispersion, the homogenizing step is maintained below about 35&#xb0; C. and the wax has a uniform, irregular, non-platelet morphology imparted by combination of the grinding and homogenizing steps.

A stabilizer disc for a liquid that reduces or prevents the formation of a foam on an upper surface of the liquid. The stabilizer disc has a width and a height, wherein the width is greater than the height. Unsaturated polyester resins and processes for making the same are disclosed herein. In particular, the process for making the resin provides resins with improved properties. The unsaturated polyester resins have substantially reduced free fumaric acid as compared to that made from conventional processes. The toner resins are used to prepare toner compositions that have improved performance.
