Syringe including different materials

A primary packaging container for pharmaceuticals is provided. The container includes a hollow body, an opening, and a closure. The hollow body has an opening and is made of a cycloolefin polymer or a cycloolefin copolymer. The closure has a puncture region. The closure closes the opening with the puncturing region at the opening. The puncturing region is configured to allow introduction of a cannula into the hollow body and resealing the hollow body upon withdraw of the cannula. The closure has an elastomer that is connected to the hollow body so as to be not separable in a non-destructive manner.

Primary packaging containers for pharmaceutical substances and methods of making

Disclosed is a method for packaging a plurality of containers for substances for medical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic applications in a packaging structure. The structure has a box-shaped upper part and a box-shaped lower part, forming a box-shaped receptacle in which the containers are accommodated. The plurality of containers are disposed directly on the bottom of the lower part that the containers are supported vertically on the bottom of the lower part, and the upper part is put onto the upper ends of the containers. The positions of the containers on the lower part are secured using side walls that project vertically from the bottom of the lower part and/or of the upper part, and the upper part and/or the lower part is configured and provided in a way that the containers are in direct contact with each other in the box-shaped receptacle and cannot be displaced relative to each other.

Method for packaging a plurality of containers for substances for medical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic applications, and packaging structure

A carrier rack for pharmaceutical containers or medical packaging products having a non-cylindrical symmetric flange. The carrier rack includes a plurality of through-openings defined by the carrier rack for accommodating the pharmaceutical containers or medical packaging products, and at least one member protruding above a top side of the carrier rack and having a height. Each member includes at least one of at least one bevel and at least one radius, wherein the at least one member is allocated to each one of the plurality of through-openings, and wherein at least one of the at least one bevel and the at least one radius interact with the non-cylindrical symmetric flange in such a way that the pharmaceutical containers or medical packaging products are aligned.

Carrier rack for pharmaceutical containers

A discharging device for discharging liquids includes an outer housing encompassing an inner chamber, a liquid storage receptacle, a discharge orifice, a delivery device for delivering liquid from the storage receptacle to the discharge orifice, a cap that covers the discharge orifice when present on the outer housing in a safety position, and a manual actuator adapted to actuate the delivery device and which is movable relative to the outer housing between a neutral relative position and an actuated relative position. The cap and the manual actuator cooperate so that displacement of the manual actuator is mechanically blocked when the cap is in its safety position. A locking element that is movable in relation to the outer housing is constrainedly coupled with the movement of the manual actuator and extends in the actuated position through a hole in the outer housing to a region that the cap blocks when mounted in its safety position.

Discharging device

Liquid dispensers with a housing, a reservoir for receiving liquid prior to discharge, a discharge opening, and a conveyor device for conveying liquid from the reservoir to the discharge opening. The conveyor device includes a metering chamber with a cylindrical wall, and a piston adapted to the cylindrical wall to allow a sliding movement thereon. The metering chamber and the piston displaced relative to each other between starting and end positions. An outlet side of the metering chamber is adjoined by an outlet chamber, and an inlet side of the metering chamber is adjoined by an inlet chamber. The piston is arranged in the inlet chamber when in the starting position and in the outlet chamber when in the end position. During the transition from the starting position to the end position, the liquid in the metering chamber is pressurized for discharge through the discharge opening.

Liquid dispenser

A dispenser for discharging liquids with a liquid reservoir for accommodating the liquid prior to being discharged, and a liquid outlet passage which leads to a liquid outlet opening through which the liquid reservoir communicates with a surrounding atmosphere. In a use position, the liquid outlet opening is arranged below the liquid reservoir such that the liquid flows on account of the weight thereof in the direction of the liquid outlet opening, and the liquid outlet passage in the use position does not simultaneously permit air to enter the liquid reservoir and liquid to exit into the surrounding atmosphere. In order to reduce the internal volume of the dispenser and therefore to effect a discharge of liquid, a slide is pushed manually in an actuating direction from a stroke starting position into a stroke end position.

A locking element that is movable in relation to the outer housing is constrainedly coupled with the movement of the manual actuator and extends in the actuated position through a hole in the outer housing to a region that the cap blocks when mounted in its safety position.

A discharge device for media includes an outer housing with a discharge opening, a discharge handle for manual actuation. A support is arranged in the outer housing. Movable along a main axis relative to the outer housing and connected to the discharge handle, it has a seat for a pump dispenser. A pump is actuated by compression of the pump dispenser. A first abutment on the housing interacts with the pump dispenser, actuating the pump. The support has a functional portion which acts on the pump dispenser with a force oriented in the direction of the first abutment on the housing. An adjuster is provided between the handle and the functional portion of the support, by which the position of the functional portion relative to the first abutment on the housing can be adjusted for a defined setting of the discharge handle.
