Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may transmit, to a first radio access network (RAN) node associated with a first subscription, a request to suspend downlink transmissions related to the first subscription based at least in part on a paging request received from a second RAN node associated with a second subscription. The UE may receive, from the first RAN node, a release message indicating that one or more core network nodes associated with the first subscription have suspended the downlink transmissions related to the first subscription. Accordingly, the UE may enter an inactive mode on a first wireless network associated with the first subscription and enter a connected mode on a second wireless network associated with the second subscription based at least in part on the release message. In some aspects, a base station associated with a first radio access network (RAN) may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, a paging message while the UE is operating in an inactive or idle mode on the first RAN and while the UE is operating in a connected mode on a second RAN. The present disclosure provides a method of nano-armored foam reinforced geological storage of carbon dioxide. A pre-COslug, a surfactant foam slug, a nanoparticle-enhanced foaming liquid slug and a post-COslug are injected successively into a geological storage formation, where the post-COslug is injected multiple times in equal portions, and a well soaking is performed after each injection. A nanoparticle-enhanced foaming liquid is made by using nanoparticles of different dimensions or using nanoparticles of multiple dimensions at the same time based on the reservoir characteristics. During the process of well soaking, a supercritical COand the nanoparticle-enhanced foaming liquid in the formation can in situ generate single-dimensional or composite-dimensional nano-armor reinforced COfoam underground, which can plug channeling path and expand the COstorage range, and make respective slugs cooperate with each other, thereby enlarging a geological storage amount of CO.

A method of wireless communication by a UE (user equipment) includes transmitting a list to an IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) service center. A method of wireless communications by a network determines whether a call initiator is in a list received from a UE (user equipment) in response to receiving a mobile terminated call for the UE. The list comprises multiple mobile station international subscriber directory numbers (MSISDNs). Various techniques and approaches described herein may be applied to control congestion at a session management (SM) function (SMF) based on at least one back-off timer maintained at a user equipment (UE). In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a UE. The UE may be configured to establish a protocol data unit (PDU) session with a SMF. The UE may be configured to determine whether a back-off timer associated with the PDU session is terminated. The UE may refrain from sending, to the SMF, data over a control plane associated with the PDU session when the back-off timer is unterminated. The UE may send, to the SMF, the data over the control plane associated with the PDU session when the back-off timer is terminated.

A first user equipment (UE) is configured to communicate with a base station over a Uu link and communicate with a second UE over a sidelink. The first UE transmits a joint scheduling request and a joint buffer status report (BSR) for an uplink transmission on the Uu link with the base station and a sidelink transmission on the sidelink with the second UE. The joint BSR is associated with a relative latency of the uplink transmission and the sidelink transmission.
