The present invention relates to a reusable optical fiber aptasensor using a photo-thermal effect, and more particularly, to a reusable optical fiber aptasensor using white light and a laser. The aptasensor includes a light emitting unit for selectively emitting one of white light and a laser, a sensor unit including a plurality of aptamers, a plurality of gold nanorods, and a silver mirror, a detector for analyzing a wavelength of inputted light, and an optical fiber for connecting the light emitting unit with the sensor unit, and connecting the detector with the sensor unit, wherein the light emitted from the light emitting unit is totally reflected in the optical fiber and irradiated to the sensor unit, and light reflected from the silver mirror of the sensor unit is irradiated to the detector. Accordingly, the aptasensor easily measures concentration of a target material in a sample using the optical fiber.

Disclosed herein is an aptamer sensor including a substrate having metal nanoparticles formed thereon, an aptamer attached to surfaces of the metal nanoparticles to form a structure by selectively reacting with a target material to be detected, and an intercalating agent inserted between the aptamer and the target material in reaction of the aptamer with the target material to increase shift of an absorption spectrum due to local surface plasmon resonance sensor through aggregation toward the metal nanoparticles.

Disclosed herein are a method for manufacturing a multi-functional bio-material conjugate used as a biosensor for detecting microorganisms, and the like, and a multi-functional bio-material conjugate manufactured by means of the same. The method for manufacturing a multi-functional bio-material conjugate includes: (a) coating a first nanoparticle having magnetic or fluorescent characteristics with protein; (b) manufacturing a conjugate by adsorbing a second nanoparticle having metallic characteristics onto the first nanoparticle coated with protein; and (c) manufacturing the multi-functional bio-material conjugate by adsorbing a bio-material onto the conjugate. The method for manufacturing a multi-functional bio-material conjugate according to the present invention may prevent precipitation of the nanoparticles, easily immobilize the bio-material, and manufacture a bio-material conjugate having multiple functions, by using two kinds of the particles. In addition, the multi-functional bio-material conjugate manufactured by the present method may be used to detect microorganisms at up to a concentration of 10cfu.
