A display apparatus includes a window member, a display module, and a photocured adhesive layer. The window member includes a base member and a bezel layer overlapping a partial region of a rear surface of the base member, the bezel layer including a photosensitive material having a reduced transmittance with an increased amount of irradiated light. The display module is disposed on the lower side of the window module. The photocured adhesive layer is configured to bind the window member to the display module, and overlaps with the bezel layer on a plane.

Display apparatus and method for manufacturing same

A display device includes: a lower substrate; an upper substrate facing the lower substrate; a printed board assembly disposed on a rear surface of the lower substrate; a first flexible printed circuit board having a first end and a second end that are respectively connected to the lower substrate and the printed board assembly; and a second flexible printed circuit board having a first end and a second end that are respectively connected to the upper substrate and the printed board assembly. One of the first flexible printed circuit board and the second flexible printed circuit board has an opening at a central portion, and the other flexible printed circuit board at least partially overlaps the opening in a plane view.

Display device with overlapping flexible printed circuits

A display device includes a display panel, a backlight unit, a bottom cover and a reflective member. The bottom cover defines a bottom portion thereof on which the backlight unit is supported. The bottom portion defines a plurality of edges thereof. The bottom portion is bent at a first edge thereof to define a first sidewall of the bottom cover, the first sidewall facing a light incident surface of a light guide plate. The first sidewall is bent to define a support portion of the bottom cover at the light incident surface of the light guide plate, the support portion extended to face the bottom portion and support the display panel thereon. The reflective member is coupled to the support portion, partially overlaps an emission surface of the light guide plate and has a same thickness as the support portion.

Display device

A display device includes a touch panel, a display panel, a backlight assembly, a bottom chassis, and a rear cover. The display panel is coupled to the touch panel. The backlight assembly includes a light source to supply light to the display panel, and an optical sheet including a protrusion. The display panel is disposed between the touch panel and the backlight assembly. The bottom chassis includes extensions protruding from walls defining a cavity region to receive the display panel. The extensions support the touch panel. The rear cover is configured to receive the bottom chassis. The bottom chassis is disposed between the rear cover and the touch panel. One of the walls of the bottom chassis includes an opening. The protrusion is configured to engage the opening to couple the optical sheet to the bottom chassis.

Liquid crystal display

A backlight device includes a light guide plate including a plurality of edges and a light source bar. At least one of the plurality of edges includes a depression, the light source bar is positioned within the depression and includes a plurality of light sources, and the plurality of light sources emit light in different directions.
