A touch display device comprises a controller to generate a touch sync signal for controlling timing of a touch sensing period and a display period. A touch panel has a plurality of touch electrodes in a display area of the touch display device. The touch panel generates touch sensing signals indicating whether or not a touch occurs during the touch sensing period. A gate driver supplies gate pulses to gate lines of the touch panel during the display period and supplies a gate line auxiliary drive signal from the first transfer line onto the gate lines during the touch sensing period that mimics the touch drive signal. One or more auxiliary lines supply a supplemental auxiliary drive signal during the touch sensing period that mimics the touch drive signal.

A transflective liquid crystal display device including, according to one embodiment, a liquid crystal display panel including first and second substrates, a plurality of gate lines and data lines on the first substrate defining a plurality of pixel regions, a thin film transistor at each pixel region, a black matrix and a color filter layer on the second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the first an second substrates; a first polarizer and a second polarizer; a backlight unit; a selective reflection film between the liquid crystal display panel and the second polarizer; and a first reflecting layer on at least one of the gate line and the data line of the liquid crystal display panel. The black matrix and the color filter layer include opened areas corresponding to the first reflecting layer so that the light reflected from the first reflecting layer is transmitted through the black matrix and the color filter layer through the opened portions.

A digital x-ray detector and its fabrication method are disclosed to strengthen an electrical connection between an upper electrode and a lower by employing a multi-contact hole structure and obtaining reliability of a contact hole by electrically connecting the side of the lower line and the upper electrode. A semiconductor layer is inserted at a lower portion of the contact hole to prevent damage of a gate insulating layer possibly caused by an overetch to thus reduce a defective contact.
